Dear All, here’s our first Worship Wednesday video, originally a beautiful Indonesian/Malay song. I thought I’d sing a little bit in Indo/Malay as a representation of my roots.
This period of losing a lot of work and being stuck at home has definitely made us reflect on ‘silver and gold have I none’, but we are profoundly grateful that our Heavenly Father is definitely looking after us.

Worship is our response to the extravagant, immeasurable love of God for us. And the greatest demonstration of that love is the cross, when Jesus died on the cross for our sins.

At the cross, the finished work of Jesus tore the veil and bridged the gap between us and the Father once and for all. The cross is now our assurance that there is nothing that can separate us from His love.

hey! hope you guys are still doing well during the lockdown.
A line that comforted me this week was " sufferings are temporary". and for me, it's true. mentally. Once you get through that specific period of time, you'll be a lil stronger than before. There will always be tough days of the week, but keep your heads up because good days comes next! for u , me and everyone ~

I wrote this song inspired and based on 1 Peter 5:6-9, and it's my way of expressing the essence of what it's like believing in God.

I included a range of clips; from worship concerts to chilling in our youth room to Hillsong concerts TO ELLIE GOULDING concerts to washed out concerts to my trip in japan to bonfires; anyway, it represents how no matter where we are and how toxic our environment is- God is with us.

"6) Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7) Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. 8) Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9) Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings."
