❄SNOW
之前為了我的＜咖啡說著悄悄話＞畫冊所畫的插畫；在畫冊中收錄了關於這張圖的短詩、作畫過程、以及更多關於作畫時的想法。

開始瞄繪時是以藍色調為基礎發展畫面，作畫過程中間經過蠻多次修改，主要是在氛圍與色調的部分，暖色和冷色都有其魅力，難以抉擇。因為是原創作品，畫的時候沒有太多限制，慢慢地營造畫面使其成長，畫得很開心！

雖然畫面類似描繪著台灣高山的場景，但其實在台灣還沒接觸過雪，跟雪有關的回憶都是在紐約經歷；希望未來有機會感受一下臺灣和日本的雪景。

A work I did for my personal Artwork book Vol.5. Since it is an original work, I didn't limit myself too much during drawing. I spent most of time on adjusting the hue and atmosphere because it was hard to decide its tone to be warm or cold.

Although the scene seems to depict a tourist spot on mountain in Taiwan, all of my experience related to snow were in New York. I hope I will visit snow scenes in Taiwan or Japan in the future.

Maybe I'll book a flight to Super Nintendo World in Japan. First class.

Not your average matsuri! A round-up of unusual summer festivals in Japan you might not have heard of.

The major Japanese festivals in summer are Obon and Tanabata, and there are lots of fireworks. But there are so many festivals all around Japan, all with different themes and special events going on. Here's a selection of more unusual festivals, with fire, mud splashing, spraying water on portable shrines, dressing up as demons and all sorts of chaotic fun! I'd definitely recommend visiting a Japanese matsuri if you can - even if you're staying just in the Tokyo area, there are many of them all year round, and it's guaranteed to be an experience!
