I have to say I am REALLY impressed with Excel's makeup - really easy to use, and VERY pretty. Japanese are really sooooo good that doing things ok like HOW??
Current favourites are the brow pencil, Skinny Rich Shadow (the gold particles really helps a lot in giving a very luxurious look) & Color Lasting Gel Liner (VERY easy to use - glides on so smoothly)!!!
