Try to set your goals today and execute it by end of this week. If you target to achieve 1 goal per week, you will accomplish 4 goals per month. How great is that? Better than 0 achievements, right?
For example, I want to exercise 4x per week, read 1 book per week, learn something new per week, learn 1 menu to cook per week.
Write your goals on your notebook/smartphone and check it every time you nailed it. Nothing good comes easy, be persistent and diligent.
Have a schedule so you remember and be accountable for your goals when you establish them.
When you managed to complete your goal(s) at the end of the week, reward yourself something small, like eating your favourite ice cream 🍦 or watch your favourite movie📺. If you don't complete them, restart again and be more strict on your delivery and schedule (and no ice cream for you😬).
