Meet Fiona. Join Fiona and take flight this Sunday 10.45am for AntiGravity Fundamentals at The Practice Studio! Fiona radiates sweet, grounding energy in her persona and practice, in compliment to her soaring Antigravity aerial skills. She is a Level 2 Antigravity certified instructor training with @tamer_begum, and studied RYT200 yoga teacher training with Samrat Dasgupta. As a highly proficient dancer for over ten years, Fiona initially developed her yoga practice as a way to rejuvenate her body after intensive dance practice. After several injuries from dancing, Fiona began to study and practice yoga intently, and has never looked back. Fiona understands our emotional and physical bodies shift and evolve over time, as do our practice. She has over 500 hours experience teaching yoga for all levels and takes her students flying through the air on aerial yoga playfully, but maintains her grounding energy. Students leave her classes feeling lighter, yet centred. Fiona flys, but stays true to her course. Be like Fiona. ✨
