CheckCheckCin：近年「車中泊」在香港流行起來，不少人都喜歡駕車遠離繁囂，在車內生活享受私人空間，甚至當成周末放假的玩意，以紓緩生活壓力。但如果因為工作需要長期車中泊，長時間在狹窄環境生活，就要注意健康狀況，中醫古籍《黃帝內經》曾提及「久臥傷氣，久坐傷肉」，久坐不動會令肌肉越來越無力，脾與肌肉互為表裡，所以亦會減弱脾的運化功能，容易形成痰濕體質。久坐亦有礙氣血運行，容易造成便秘等問題。所以如果發現身體有不適症狀，就要注意調理。記得有時間就下車多活動，早上起床先做15分鐘拉筋活動，有助氣血運行。在車內睡覺時盡量平躺，車廂宜通風但要注意保暖。每日飲用方便在車廂內沖泡的即沖米水，有助健脾養生。

“As a driver, I’m always travelling and sleeping in the car. Will this affect my health?”

CheckCheckCin: Travelling and sleeping in the car, or the ‘Shachuhaku' therapy, has become trendy recently. Many people would drive out of the city to enjoy the personal space in their own vehicles, and some might even treat this as a weekend getaway to relieve stress.

Nevertheless, this kind of lifestyle will have an impact on our health in the long run. According to the Esoteric Scripture of the Yellow Emperor (‘huang di nei jing’), lying down for an extended period can hurt the qi, and long hours of sitting can damage the flesh. A sedentary lifestyle will weaken our muscles and in turns weaken the spleen as they are interrelated. This will further lead individuals to develop the phlegm-dampness body constitution.

Sitting for a long period can disrupt the circulation of the qi and blood, hence causing constipation. We must change our lifestyle if we begin to experience discomfort in our body.

Remember to get down from the car and exercise. Start with 15-minute stretching exercises as it can help improve the circulation of the qi and the blood. When sleeping in the car, remember to lay flat, ensure there is a good air circulation, and keep yourself warm. Drink a cup of rice water every day to help strengthen the spleen and improve your general health.

感恩今天，依然有太陽！天氣依然晴朗！😁

前幾天收到一則私訊：
孩子說被爸媽「逼著」去做他此刻不想做的事。因為拒絕，所以起了很大的爭執。
而他討厭的...並非去做那件事情本身，而是覺得父母挾人生經驗，以各種社會中該學習的應對進退與仁義道德之名「脅迫」他、幫他做決定。這才是他拒絕的真正原因。他甚至痛苦的說：「是不是要離開這個世界？爸媽才會知道他們錯了？」

但是，這些討厭的原因或痛苦，他並未對父母說出口。

看他敘述這些事時，我想著《生生世世》中...「惠子老師正在『督促』玉樹所做的選擇。」

惠子老師是一個有女德，具備溫良恭儉讓的賢淑女子。也是一個好媽媽。《生》劇播出以來，惠子老師一直是和玉樹站在同一陣線，心貼心的。
可是為什麼當一發現兒子的性傾向後，便開始努力想盡辦法打斷孩子的想望，不斷尋找各種「這樣才是對你好、對大家好！」的選擇給玉樹。
而也正是這樣的希求，造成兒子心中莫大的恐慌與壓力，進而覺得：「也許自己真的錯了，那就照媽媽的意思走吧。」

🍀戲劇讓人生氣，是因為~
🍀媽媽停止聆聽；兒子放棄溝通。

如果家人們可以在觀劇過程中「看看別人，想想自己」，從戲劇情節的討論，帶入日常的溝通，是不是可以避免一些戲劇中的災難走入生活？

因為...
父母的想法不一定是對的，人生經驗也不能拿來變成要脅；
子女也要試著同理父母要求的背後，所蘊藏的恐懼或顧忌。

雖然大家都生活在同一個時代，但是不同世代，還是有著不同的擔憂與危機。

如若能展開對話，以善解的角度看對方、以包容外人的心來包容自己最愛的人⋯
彼此相愛的家人們，如果都能各退一步，為對方多想一點，是不是就能避免掉許多不必要的傷害？

這，也才是戲劇所想帶給觀眾的。

【萬善之頭】The Origin of Virtuousness

今天是農曆七月初五，也是我唸報父母恩咒的第五天。

這咒我唸了十五的農曆七月了。

讀到許多觀眾留言，說因為我的直播，他們也在今年開始持這咒，我真的真的⋯⋯為你們的父母感到欣慰。😄

在華人的社會裡，一般來說，正正當當的賺錢孝敬父母、和顏悅色、奉公守法、傳宗接代，不做丟人現眼的事是基本的孝。

但這些在佛教裡，實屬小孝。

以這定義，我絕對是不孝女，因為有很多年我做生意負債時，一分錢都給不到父母，又不敢對他們坦白，只說沒錢。

好啦，如果您有本事，做生意成功，風光回鄉，讓您父母和祖宗十八代笑得見牙不見眼，那也只有中孝而已。

最大的孝，是修行，因為您能助您父母脫離六道，您們都不用再受輪迴之苦。

因此釋迦牟尼佛成佛時，祂的母親摩耶夫人便得升忉利天中，享天福。

您能先從一佛號、一佛咒開始，便已向修行的道路邁出第一步了！

不要小看報父母恩咒，因為這是釋迦牟尼佛所傳的。所以各位大德，千萬要記得這一點 - 一定要教您的孩子和您一起唸報父母恩咒！👧🏻👦🏻

做父母的，要懂得投資啊！百善孝為先，孩子小小年紀就懂得盡孝，就有了人最基本的良知，為自己種下了廣大的福田。就算以後您不在他們的身邊，他們也必會遇到貴人扶持，命運不會太壞，只因為他們是孝子孝女。

再說了，萬一您有什麼三長兩短，修行失敗，還有個後代可以助您！錯過了蓮花捷運，到不了佛國淨土，到天界做天人，總比擠在一堆骨灰盎裡好呀！😂

報父母恩咒：「南無密栗哆。哆婆曳。梭哈」

（我是修真佛密法的，因此此咒結尾，我是依著我師尊的唸音，唸「梭哈」。這代表圓滿、成就的意思。）

Today is the 5th day of the 7th Lunar month, and also my fifth day of reciting the Mantra of Repaying the Debt of Gratitude to Parents this year.

I have been reciting this mantra for fifteen years.

I read many comments from my viewers, that they started reciting this mantra this year after watching my Lives. I am so glad for your parents. 😄

In our Chinese society, generally speaking, the most basic forms of filial piety include:

1) making a honest living to give pocket money to our parents
2) being pleasant towards our parents
3) not breaking the law
4) carrying on the family lineage
5) not doing any shameful act

However, in the eyes of the Dharma, these are merely small acts of filial piety.

Going by this definition, I am definitely an unfilial daughter. Because there were many years when I got into debt from doing business and was unable to give my parents a single cent. I could not bring myself to tell them the truth and could only say I was broke.

Okay, if you are more capable than me congratulations on your big-time success in doing business! So you return to your homeland in triumphant victory and see your parents + ancestors of the past 18 generations grinning from teeth to teeth.

That is just the medium level of filial piety.

The biggest form of filial piety is spiritual cultivation. For you can help your parents to break free from the six realms of reincarnation and all of you will no longer have to undergo the sufferings of birth and death.

Hence, when Shakyamuni Buddha attained Buddhahood, his deceased mother, Queen Maya, ascended to Trayastrimsas Heaven to enjoy heavenly pleasures.

When you start reciting one Buddha’s name, or one Buddhist mantra, you have already taken your first step onto the path of Buddhist cultivation.

Do not belittle the Mantra of Repaying Debt of Gratitude to Parents, for it was expounded by Shakyamuni Buddha.

So to all my noble audience, please remember this very important point - you must teach your children to recite this mantra together with you! 👧🏻👦🏻

As parents, we should all be astute investors. Filial piety is the most important of all virtues. When a child knows how to be filial from a young age, he/she already has the most basic conscience as a human, and that will sow the seeds for fields of great blessedness.

Come one day when you can no longer be by your child’s side, your child will definitely meet many benefactors in the life path and not have a wretched destiny, because they are filial from young.

Moreover, if anything untoward happen to you and you fail miserably in your spritual cultivation, at least you still have a descendant to help you.

Should you miss the lotus train to the Buddha’s Pureland, to be a celestial being in the Heaven far surpasses the fate of being squeezed like sardines in a urn placed in the columbarium. 👻

(I practices the True Buddha Tantric Dharma, thus I follow my Root Guru’s recitation sounds and recite “soha” at the end of this mantra. This represents perfection and accomplishment.）

加起來200HKD有找, 住在札幌狸小路市中心一晚 Stay one night in downtown Sapporo Tanukikoji for less than 200HKD

其實我機場附近是有酒店住的，不過我在狸小路如果行到得太夜返酒店 In fact, I stayed in hotel near the airport, but I traveled quite late at Tanukikoji

在狸小路一帶, 其實最少有五、六間網吧可以給大家選擇 In Tanukikoji, there are actually at least five or six Internet cafes for you to choose from.

我上了三間, 最後選擇了一間在狸小路4丁目入面 I went to 3 internet cafes, and finally chose one at the 4th street of Tanukikoji.

24小時開放的驚安之殿堂隔離, 半夜肚餓還可以留下有幾間便利店 Next to 24-hour open Donki n a few convenience stores downstairs of this internet cafe

網絡咖啡室，簡稱網咖，在90年代興起，在日本已經非常普遍， Internet cafes have emerged in the 1990s and have become very common in Japan.

香港人身嬌肉貴, 好少會到網吧過夜, 不過我覺得這些都是日本生活體驗之一 HK pals are rarely overnight in Internet cafes, but I think these are one of the Japanese life experiences

狸小路酒店收費最平三百多HKD都有 There are hotels charge 300plus in HKD at Tanukikoji

不過網吧收費還要平一半 However, Internet cafe charges are still half price cheaper

而且它有最少三個小時的收費，假如你女人去附近shopping And it has a charge of at least 3 hours, if your woman goes shopping nearby

男士們就可以上來這間網吧休息一下，一邊等 Men can come to this internet cafe and rest while waiting

所以不一定要來這裏過夜的, 但是網吧24小時營業, So not a must to stay overnight, but Internet cafes are open 24 hours,

任何時間想去都可以, 不用做booking, 話上就上 No need to book in advance, u can come here at anytime
