秋の食材たっぷり！今回は「鮭ときのこの味噌クリームうどん」をご紹介します♪
具材をボウルに入れて電子レンジで加熱するだけの簡単調理！
相性抜群の組み合わせで美味しさ倍増！みその香りが食欲をそそりますよ✳︎
クリーミーな味わいにほっこりするレシピです。

■調理時間：15分

■材料（2人分)
・冷凍うどん：2玉
・生鮭：1切れ
・しめじ：50g
・味付塩こしょう：少々
・牛乳：180cc
・合わせみそ：大さじ1杯

＜トッピング＞
・小口ねぎ：適量

■下ごしらえ
・しめじは石づきを切り落としてほぐします。

■作り方
1. 生鮭はひと口大の大きさに切って耐熱ボウルに入れ、味付塩こしょうをまぶします。
2. しめじ、冷凍うどん、牛乳、合わせみそを入れたらふんわりラップをかけ、レンジ600Wで5〜6分加熱します。
3. 取り出したらよく混ぜ合わせ、器に盛り付けます。小口ねぎをトッピングして完成です。


■コツ・ポイント
・電子レンジの加熱時間は様子を見て調節してください。
・生鮭は鮭フレークやベーコンで代用してもおいしく作れますよ。
・牛乳は豆乳でも代用できます。
