<減嘈耳塞>
大家都知道...........我好有需要一個抗鼻鼾的耳塞,我無真係訓唔到既!
之前同大家分享過既 bose耳機+鼻鼾頭帶(要一起用),我真心覺得是終極好用既!
不過....... bose耳機由於已經停產,雖然我個個無壞,
但我是一個....無咩安全感既人,我是個plan B主義者~HAA
我真心害怕有一日我個耳機壞左,我點算呢?所以在它未壞前我要搵定一個plan B.
而我其實一直都想搵D無需要藍芽,就咁一個耳塞又環保又唔駛藍芽就最好。
以前有介紹過隻泥膠一樣的耳塞係幾好既,但焗到會出汗。
所以我去搵其他,
買過幾款amazon review最好的!伏到不能...............嬲左!
於是在外國moma 搵到個約HK$2XX的Loop Earplugs,
感覺上moma D野應該信得過~
結果,我都話信自己最好!呢個Loop Earplugs 不錯!
但要聲明下,佢不是for 滅聲的!是for 減嘈,將D 嘈音減低,你睇佢資料講就知~
所以如超強勁鼻鼾是聽到的, 不過是戴得舒服。
我都不過是用來有個環保D的plan B.
無一個earplugs比bose個個更好的是事實!!!!所以我奢望佢會再出番............
(最勁是BOSE>泥膠>呢個是option)
BUT其實近來我發現一個自然抗鼻鼾方法,bose都不用戴。
就是我訓前做30分鐘運動,
然後因為累.....所以睡得特別穩,好間中先有一兩下尖鼻鼾嘈到D~
但overall訓得好左好多!!!!!!!!
所以訓前做運動又幾好!勤力的朋友可以試下!:)要做足20-30分鐘架,求其踢下腳唔算的~HAAA
