Siapa pernah pakai BHA atau AHA? ?
Basically, Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) & Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) ni dua-dua sejenis exfoliant. Dia buang sel kulit mati and in the long term memudarkan parut. Tapi dia lebih gentle daripada scrub biji-biji tu. Jadi, cara nak menggunakan acids ni is just tempek je kat kulit, tak perlu bilas!
Dalam video ni, I explain pasal AHA. AHA ni ada banyak jenis, contohnya, glycolic acid, lactic acid, and mandelic acid. Untuk I yang kulit sensitif ni, mandelic acid is the best! Dia tak irritating, tak buat muka I merah, dan tak mengeringkan kulit. Even Faiz pun tegoq muka I makin glowing!?

This product is a lifesaver!
Those with sensitive skin, I feel you. Bukan senang nak cari product yang sesuai dengan kulit. One thing I realised pasal kulit ni kita kena make sure our skin barrier is intact. Bila skin barrier tak kukuh, sebab tu kulit kita dry, red, and irritated. This is why we need CERAMIDES!
