今天是待在金邊的最後一個早晨
我們和新認識的朋友去了當地博物館
了解他們的歷史和文化

其實在出發來這前
和朋友提起我們這次要去的是柬埔寨
他們總露出：為什麼要去那種地方的表情
.
.
但這次的旅程對我來說又是另一個好聽故事
在第二天場地下大雨的時候
他們在遮雨棚樂觀唱歌
虔誠點香祈禱雨停
一點小小的事情都可以讓他們很開心滿足
在下班後還熱心帶我們去找可以表演的地點
帶我們去任何他們覺得有趣的地方

可能大部分人來柬埔寨 去了吳哥窟
得到了很多好看的照片
而我們過了幾天很LOCAL的生活
我很慶幸我這麼做了
和他們一起喝酒唱歌跳舞
在不用帶安全帽的路上騎車狂奔
吃當地的食物 學當地的語言

我從不覺得人會因為國家有階級的差別
從這幾天無私付出的柬埔寨人
到在路上看著我們大腿用英文大叫：你們在做馬殺雞嗎？ （竊笑的白人

你不覺得光用外表來定義一個人真的不夠嗎
.
.

我很開心認識了你們
新加坡人 馬來西亞人 柬埔寨人
中國人 台灣人
這次旅程中的所有朋友
很高興我們一起擁有了這七天的回憶
我們會好好珍惜的

Our last morning in Phnom Penh.
What did we do with it? We went to a museum with some newly acquainted friends, and soaked ourselves in their history and culture.
.
.
Before leaving Taiwan we'd tell close friends about our upcoming trip to Cambodia, and in return we get a confused look on their face.
.
.
This trip has been nothing less than another beautiful story to tell. On our second day, it was raining heavily at the venue. But they weren't put down by it! Out of the rain, they sang. They lit up incense and prayed with the purest of hearts. The smallest of things would grant them a heart full of content.
.
.
After a long day of work they'd use their off time to show us around, looking for places we could perform during the rest of our stay and showing us things they deem interesting. Very heart-warming.
.
.
Most all people that go to Cambodia, take the most amazing photos at Angkor Wat.
But for these couple of days, we got the chance to live Cambodia. I'm glad I decided to do so, to drink, sing, and dance. To zip through the city on a motorcycle with no helmet on. To eat local food, learn their language.

.
I've never felt that people were meant to be categorized by where they're from. From the Cambodians, so very willing to give, to the white guy with that despising snicker on his face, staring at our legs yelling, "Massage? Massage?"

Don't you feel first impressions are just not enough to define a person with?
.
.
Good bye Cambodia.
I'm glad to have seen and felt all of that you've offered. Singaporeans, Malaysians, Cambodians, Chinese, Taiwanese. All of you that made this experience so very colorful. I'm glad to have had these seven days. We will cherish.
