鼻敏感屬過敏性鼻炎,是身體對致敏原出現過激反應所致,鼻敏感不是大病,但反覆發作的打噴嚏、流鼻水、鼻塞、痕癢為生活帶來很多不便。除了服藥及食療配合,日常生活與飲食習慣更是關鍵,以下這些生活細節原來會增加鼻敏感發作的機會!
🤧 水果早餐
適量食用水果有益健康,但如果經常進食水果或飲果汁做早餐,會造成脾胃虛寒,增加鼻敏感發作的機會。早餐宜吃溫暖脾胃的食物,例如粥、腸粉、通粉、番薯等。
🤧 飲食生冷
沙律、刺身、壽司、雪糕、凍飲、刨冰、雪櫃剛取出的水果等,但凡溫度低於室溫的食物都屬於生冷食物,會損傷陽氣及脾胃運作,增加鼻敏感機會。
🤧 過量運動
行山及跑步都是最時尚的運動,用來放IG就最型,但過量運動會消耗人體的氣,流汗過多亦會傷陰,毛孔張開時容易讓風寒入侵,鼻敏感容易發作,所以做運動要量力而為。
🤧 懶換床單
塵蟎是常見的致敏源,床單就是塵蟎的最大溫床,如果不勤於更換及清洗床品,容易令鼻敏感反覆發作。
🤧 最愛毛公仔
軟綿綿的毛公仔討人喜愛,而塵蟎亦非常喜歡藏身毛公仔之中,如果不能拋棄毛公仔,就要勤於清洗。
🤧 最愛風口位
夏日炎炎,對着冷氣或風扇風口位最舒服,但一時的舒服就惹來鼻敏感發作!鼻敏感患者宜避開風口位直吹位置,長備一件薄外套或披肩以免受風寒。

Bad habits that trigger nasal allergies
Nasal allergies are allergic rhinitis, and they are triggered by allergens. They might not result in severe health implications, but sneezing and having a stuffy, runny and itchy nose constantly can cause great inconvenience to our lives. Besides taking medicines and going through treatments, we also need to pay attention to our lifestyle and dietary habits, as they would increase the chances of us developing nasal allergies!
🤧 Fruits for breakfast
Consuming an appropriate amount of fruits is good for health, but eating fruits or drinking fruit juice in the morning all the time can weaken the spleen and stomach and may trigger nasal allergies. It is best to consume food that can warm the spleen and stomach for breakfast, such as porridge, steamed rice noodle rolls, macaroni, and sweet potato.
🤧 Raw and cold food
Salad, sashimi, sushi, ice cream, chilled beverages, shaved ice, and fruits taken out of the refrigerator are examples of raw and cold food. These foods can damage the yang energy and disrupt the functions of the spleen and stomach, triggering nasal allergies.
🤧 Exercise too much
Hiking and jogging are the two trendiest exercises, and many people would post their hiking and jogging photos on their IG. Over-exercising can exhaust the qi in the body, and excessive sweating can damage the yin. When our pores open, the cold-wind pathogenic factor can invade the body easily, causing us to develop nasal allergies. Hence, consistent moderate exercise is key.
🤧 Not changing bedsheets regularly
Dust mites are one of the most common allergens, and they tend to gather on bedsheets. If we do not change our bed sheets regularly, the dust mites can easily trigger an allergic reaction.
🤧 Soft toys
We like fluffy toys, but they are also dust mites magnets. Those who do not wish to get rid of their soft toys should wash them frequently.
🤧 Standing near the air-conditioning vent
Standing in front of the air-conditioning during the warm summer season is the best experience, but it would also trigger nasal allergies! Individuals with this problem should avoid standing in front of the vent. Do bring along a sweater or scarf wherever you go to avoid catching a cold.
Combating nasal allergies is a long battle, so we must be persistent in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Drink a cup of rice water a day to strengthen the spleen and stomach as it can also help improve our general health.

Living alone is not scary

Keep your stress level in check
The COVID-19 pandemic has been going on for a year now, and many people have developed pandemic fatigue. Many of us might not realize its impact on our emotions but our body would send us signals from time to time.
Over the last year, do you feel like you are becoming more and more uncomfortable? Do you feel heaty easily? Are you constantly overwhelmed by negativity? You may want to take the test below to check your stress level.
☐ Feel annoyed by the need to put on a mask every day
☐ Irritated by the need to wash hands regularly
☐ Reading or listening to news about the Restriction Order causes you to feel depressed
☐ Want to remove your mask to breathe once you are in the sub-urb or away from the island
☐ Have the desire to always want to go shopping
☐ Feel hopeless
☐ Often feel the upward flow of abdominal gas
☐ Often sighing unconsciously
☐ Frequent hiccup or fart
☐ Headache, especially pain on both sides
☐ Abdominal and chest pain and bloating, and when the mental stress is high, the pain attacks or worsens
☐ Difficulty passing stool, sometimes constipation, sometimes loose stools
☐ Difficulty falling asleep or frequently dreaming
☐For ladies, breast pain before menstruation. Some men have testicular pain, or chest pain
Analysis:
If you score is 0-2, you are emotionally stable. Keep it up! It would be good if you can spread positive energy to people around you.
If you score is 3-5, you might be experiencing a mild emotional problem. Try to do things that can make you happy.
If you score is 6-9, you might be going through emotional stress. Explore methods that can help you relieve stress or talk to your friends to control your stress level.
If you score is 10-14, you are reaching your limit! Your emotional problem has affected your health. It is time to seek professional help to get rid of the negative emotions!
Experiencing the pandemic fatigue does not mean you are weak. In fact, people who refused to acknowledge that they are emotionally and mentally exhausted are the ones who would further put their mental and physical health at risk!
We need to come to terms with the fact that anyone can burn out, and if this occurs, we need to learn to take a breather and relieve stress. Try simple breathing exercises, stretching exercises or yoga.
If you are working or studying from home, remember to establish a routine and stick to it. By doing so, you can arrange your time properly so you can have sufficient rest throughout the day. If you still find it hard to adjust to this new lifestyle, remember to seek help from professionals.

相信大家對果汁的印象都是連鎖飲料店的現打果汁或是超商賣的波蜜果菜汁,
連鎖飲料店的水果不一定新鮮....待過冷飲店工作的朋友應該都有不能說的秘密,
波蜜果菜汁的果汁含量也並非百分之百,糖份也相當高!
很多人小時候的回憶都有過家裡訂購早上親自送達的羊奶,
其實早上剛起床時空腹的營養吸收度最好,除了羊奶,
換成新鮮果汁似乎也是一項新的選擇,冷壓果汁的介紹,
mei 就不再多做贅述了,大家可以看看他們的FB和官網介紹。
mei 也是在FB被朋友標記才發現有這樣的新商品,索性也參加了體驗申請活動,
留言後的隔天就收到DAY JUICE的訊息通知邀約體驗地點與時間,會有特派員親自送到府,

這次mei體驗的果汁就是以下這4瓶(由左而右):
Orange1(胡蘿蔔、鳳梨、蘋果)
Green1(奇異果、菠菜、鳳梨)
Red1(西瓜、水梨、蘋果、檸檬)
Yellow4(楊桃、水梨、蘋果)
重點是喝起來到底是什麼樣的味道呢?
先說說Orange1(胡蘿蔔、鳳梨、蘋果)和Red1(西瓜、水梨、蘋果、檸檬)好了。

倒出來是相當鮮豔看不透的亮橘色,
喝下去第一口就能感受到濃濃的胡蘿蔔味,沒有一般生吃的澀味,
聽說新鮮現摘的胡蘿蔔吃起來就是甜的,
似乎有淡淡的蘋果香但不搶味,反倒是後段的鳳梨味相當明顯。

雖然是以西瓜汁當底,顏色卻不如一般市售的西瓜汁清透,
前段味道當然還是身為主角的西瓜,中段可以喝出淡淡的水梨甜,
蘋果味還是不太明顯,後段可以感受到微酸的檸檬味,非常好喝!!!!
接下來是【Green1(奇異果、菠菜、鳳梨)】
要跟大家抱歉一下,這瓶快喝完才想到要拍照......
但大家還是可以參考一下瓶中就是像青草般的顏色,
大家注意這款有"菠菜"喔!!!! 本來以為會有草味,
沒想到三種搭配起來,竟然讓我有喝芭樂汁的錯覺,
就是一直覺得很神奇才會一直喝,不自覺得喝完都忘了要拍照了。
最後是體驗送的【Yellow4(楊桃、水梨、蘋果)】
其實每一瓶都還是有一點點的果肉沉澱物,但這瓶的顏色是最清澈的,
喝下去楊桃味果然還是最濃厚的,但中段的水梨味香甜,
後段是蘋果味的回甘,味道的層次非常的豐富。
體驗除了可以得到一瓶冷壓果汁,並附贈一張UBER的150元乘車卷序號。
特派員還會耐心解說每一個顏色編號能提供的營養和適合飲用的改善症狀,
而且不會強制推銷,因為訂購還是需要透過上網填寫訂單。
台中市區目前可以採日配的方式或是直接到三家實體門市購買,外縣市也有宅配服務,
