【豚ニラ玉豆腐】
今日は、調味料１つだけで包丁まな板いらずなのにご飯がめっちゃ進む美味しい一品『豚ニラ玉豆腐』を作りました！
手抜きで超簡単レシピなのに、とっても美味しいので頻繁に食べたくなる大好きな一品です。
豚バラとニラと卵と豆腐という組み合わせもスタミナ満点で最強ですし、オイスターソース一つだけでめっちゃ美味しく味が決まるのでホントおすすめ！！
途中でごま油やブラックペッパーで味変しても美味しいです。ぜひとも面倒な日のレパートリー入りしていただけると嬉しいです！！
〈材料〉１〜２人分
豚バラ肉 100g
木綿豆腐 150g
ニラ 1/2束
卵 2個
オイスターソース 大さじ1と1/2

【Pork Chinese Chives Tofu】

【大葉とゆかりの冷製パスタ】
今日は、大葉とゆかりを使ってサッパリした冷製パスタを作りました！付け合わせとしてもオススメのパスタで、夏にピッタリのパスタです。
オリーブオイルの風味とゆかりと大葉の爽やかさで、暑い日でも食べたくなる味わいです。
いつもどおり、パスタはレンジで茹でますが、冷製パスタにする場合は長めに加熱してしっかり冷やすのがポイント！！包丁まな板いらずで、マジで簡単なレシピなのでぜひお試しください。
〈材料〉一人分
パスタ(5分茹で) 100g
大葉 6枚
刻み海苔 お好みの量
☆ゆかり 小さじ1/2〜
☆めんつゆ(4倍濃縮) 小さじ1

【Perilla and Yukari cold pasta】

【無限きゅうりキムチ】
今日は、包丁まな板いらずでポリ袋だけで完結する『無限きゅうりキムチ』を作りました！
ポリ袋できゅうりを叩いて、残りの材料を入れるだけで完成するめっちゃ簡単なレシピですが、この味付けがめちゃくちゃ美味しくて、一瞬でなくなる人気レシピです。
