I like different varieties of kerabu dishes. Often served as a side dish in Malay cuisine, it is a good way to utilise raw or cooked leftover ingredients in our kitchen.

Making this Australian Avocado Boat Salad is actually quite simple. Here is a delicious recipe for you :
Ingredients :
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 Onion, sliced
2 Bird's Eye Chillies, chopped
5 Cherry Tomatoes, quartered
A handful of Dried Small Prawns
5 Lettuce Leaves
1 stalk French Bean, raw
1/4 Green Capsicum
1 Australian Avocado, cut into chunks
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1/2 Fresh Lemon Juice
Method :
1) In a bowl, add the chunks of Australian Avocado, garlic, onion, French beans, cherry tomatoes, capsicum, dried small prawns, fish sauce and lemon juice. Mix well.
2) Top the avocado kerabu salad with the bird's eye chillies before serving.
3) You can enjoy it on its own or wrap it with a lettuce leaf to give it a refreshing, crunchy bite.

Resepi Ayam Penyet & Sambal
Bahan
1 ekor ayam kampung atau ayam bandar dipotong 4 atau 12 ikut suka. Harini mummysonah guna peha ayam-
Bahan direbus bersama ayam
3 ruas jari lengkuas diketuk dulu
2 ruas jari halia diketuk dulu
2 helai daun salam
3 helai daun limo purut
2 btg serai diketuk
1 sdb gula
Secukupnya garam
Secukupnya penyedap rasa
Air secukupnya
Rebus ayam dgn semua bahan2 di atas sehingga masak sepenuhnya. Tutup dgn penutup.
Angkat dan lumuri bahan2 dibawah.
Kisar halus
6 ruas jari lengkuas
6-8 ulas bawang merah
8 -10 ulas bawang putih
4 ruas jari kunyit idop
4 ruas jari halia
4 biji buah keras
Kemudian tambah
3 sdb serbuk ketumbar.
Tambah 2sdb tepung beras utk merangupkan lagi kulit ayam-
Sebenarnya kena rebus dgn semua bumbu2 di atas tapi mummysonah suka perap berasingan dgn bahan tumbuk/ kisar tadi.
Kemudian baru digoreng.
Sesudah digoreng boleh dipenyet atau diketuk dgn pisau besar atau batu penumbuk letak sambal penyet dan ulaman kobis,kacang panjang dan kemangi.
Resepi Sambal Ayam Penyet
Bahan
25 cili padi hijau
5 cili padi merah
3 cili merah
Patah2kan dulu cili sblom menggoreng. Klu tak patahkan meletop2 cili2 tu dlm kuali.
6 ulas bawang putih
6 ulas bawang merah.
Goreng dulu bahan2 di atas dgn minyak.
Bila dah layu baru masukkan
2 biji tomato merah yg kecil. Potong2 dulu.
Goreng smpi sedikit layu.
Kemudian angkat.
Belacan digoreng akhir sekali.
1-2 sdb ikan bilis goreng klu suka-
1-2 sdb gula
Sedikit garam.
Kisar atau guna cobek/ulekan.
Goreng kembali kesemuanya dgn minyak hangat smpi mendidih.
Tutup api.
Sambal ini bole dimodified ikut kesukaan sendiri ya.
Angkat dan tambah perahan jus limau - credit @makcikratu.
-sambal penyet ni pedesnya maseh sopan ya bagi yg tak berapa suka makan pedas sedap banget nih.

Penyet & Sambal Chicken Recipe
Material
1 village chickens or city chicken cut 4 or 12 like. Today mummysonah uses chicken thighs -
Boiled ingredients with chicken
3 sticks of finger lengkuas first
2 straws of ginger fingers first tapped
2 pieces of salam leaves
3 pieces of purut limo leaves
2 btg serai taped
1 sdb of sugar
Enough of salt
Enough of the taste
Just enough water
Boil chicken with all the above ingredients until fully cooked. Close it with a cover.
Lift and cleanse the ingredients below.
Fine grinds
6 stretch of fingers
6-8 red onion review
8-10 garlic review
4 roses of turmeric finger idop
4 grammar fingers
4 pieces of hard fruit
Then add
3 tablespoons of cilantro powder.
Add 2 tbs of rice flour to flour again chicken skin -
Actually got to boil with all the seasoning above but mummysonah likes to separate perpetuate with the mashed / shredded ingredients.
Then just fried.
After fried can be pierced or taped with a big knife or a pounding stone with penyet sambal and cobis upper, long beans and basil.
Chicken Sambal Recipe Penyet
Material
25 green paddy chili
5 red paddy chili
3 red chili
Break the chili first before frying. If you don't break the chili in the wok.
6 garlic review
6 red onions.
Fried first the ingredients above with oil.
When it's wilt just insert it
2 small red tomato pieces. Cut it off first.
Fried until a little withered.
Then lift it up.
Belacan is fried at the end.
1-2 sdb fried fish if you like it -
1-2 sdb of sugar
A little salt.
Kisar or guna cobek / pestle.
Frying back everything with warm oil until boiling.
Shut up the fire.
This sambal can be modified according to its own favorite.
Lime juice up and add lime - credit @makcikratu.
- this penyet sambal is still polite for those who don't like to eat hot, it's very delicious.

Ingredients:
40g your choice of anaerobic coffee beans
700ml water
100g beet sugar
1 tsp agar powder
1 1/2 kudzu powder (you can skip this)
50ml water
150ml coconut milk
50g oat milk
50g maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla bean paste
Instructions:
1. roast your coffee bean and brew it.
2. mix agar powder, kudzu powder and water then add the mixture and beet sugar to coffee.
3. keep heating until it almost brings to a boil. transfer it to a pan. leave it in a fridge.
4. mix coconut milk, oat milk, maple syrup and vanilla bean paste.
5. cut coffee jelly and pour cream mixture.
6. Enjoy!

水 700ml
甜菜糖 100g
粉寒天 小さじ1
葛粉 大さじ1.5
水 50ml
ココナッツミルク 150ml
オートミルク 50ml
メープルシロップ 50g
バニラビーンペースト 大さじ1
「作り方」
1、コーヒー豆を焙煎して淹れる。
2、粉寒天、葛粉、水をよく混ぜ合わせ、甜菜糖と一緒にコーヒーに加える。
3、沸騰直前くらいまで火にかけて温める。型に流し入れ、冷蔵庫に入れておく。
4、ココナッツミルク、オートミルク、メープルシロップ、バニラビーンシロップを混ぜ合わせる。
5、コーヒーゼリーをカットし、4のクリームをかける。
6、エンジョーイ!

1) 6 Eggs - 468cals
2) 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, diced
3) 1/4 cup Mushroom, diced
4) 1/2 can of Tuna
5) 1/2 tsp. Cajun Seasoning
6) Salt & Pepper to taste
Per Egg Muffin - 94Cals
LUNCH - Asian Salmon Stir Fry (serves 2)
1) 1 Salmon Fillet, cut into cubes
2) 1/2 cup Green Beans, trimmed & sliced
3) 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4) 2 garlic Cloves, minced
5) 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
6) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
7) Spring Onions, chopped
Soba Noodles & Edamame Salad (Serves 2)
1) 90g uncooked soba noodles
2) 1/4 cup Edamame, unshelled
3) 1/2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
4) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
5) 1 tsp. Chilli Flakes
6) Spring Onions
TOTAL LUNCH CALORIES - 470Cals
DINNER - Steamed Soy Ginger Barramundi (serves 2)
1) 1 Barramundi Fillet (about 12oz), or other white fish of your choice
2) 1/4 cup Ginger, finely sliced

ダイコンソムタム
2人分
材料:
大根 150g
パプリカ 1/4個
インゲン 4本
ミニトマト 4個
ピーナッツ 10g
サラダ油 適量
Aレモン果汁 大さじ3
A砂糖 大さじ1
Aナンプラー 小さじ2
Aおろしにんにく 小さじ1/2
A塩 少々
A干しえび 5g
作り方:
1. 大根は皮をむいてソムタムピーラーで千切りにする。ミニトマトはヘタを取って半分に切る。パプリカは薄切りにする。インゲン3cm幅程度に切る。干しえびは粗く刻む。
2. フライパンに油を熱したらパプリカとインゲンを加えて中火で1分程度炒める。
3. ボールにAを入れてしっかり混ぜたら全ての野菜とピーナッツを加えてしっかり混ぜて皿に盛ったら、完成!

Daikon Salad
Servings:2
INGREDIENTS
150g Daikon radish
1/4 Paprika
4 Green beans
4 Cherry tomatoes
10g Peanuts
Stir-fry oil
A 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
A 1 tablespoon Sugar
A 2 teaspoons Fish sauce
A 1/2 teaspoon Grated garlic
A Salt
A 5g Dried shrimp
PREPARATION
1. Peel the radish and shred it with a som tam peeler. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Slice the paprika into thin slices. Cut the beans into 3 cm long pieces. Finely chop the dried shrimp.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add paprika and green beans, and fry on medium heat for about 1 minute.
3. Put A ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add all the vegetables and peanuts, mix well and serve on a plate, and you're done!
4.Enjoy!
