#九零年代音樂快遞

雖然我是死忠的洋基球迷，但還是要恭喜洛杉磯道奇隊暌違32年再度勇奪MLB美國職棒世界大賽冠軍。

早上一邊看著球賽轉播，一邊在為「 DJ Mykal a.k.a.林哲儀 & 林貓王：NME 九零年代音樂快遞 20201113（五） 」這場活動做一些準備，就讓我從「洛杉磯」想到了Rage Against The Machine的這張1999年經典rap-metal/nu-metal專輯《The Battle Of Los Angeles》。

所謂的rap-metal/nu-metal浪潮在90年代末全面爆發，但若追根究底，一般認為1986年時Aerosmith與Run DMC兩大經典單位聯手帶來大熱作〈Walk This Way〉，是普羅音樂大眾對rap-metal有所認知的起源。

同樣是1986年，不要忘了由Rick Rubin擔綱製作的Beastie Boys首張專輯《Licensed To Ill》中除了誕生〈Fight for Your Right〉這首rap-metal名曲，還邀來Slayer吉他手Kerry King為〈No Sleep till Brooklyn〉跨刀。

到了90年代初期再有這樣的跨界合作例子，就是1991年時Public Enemy與Anthrax聯手帶來〈Bring The Noise〉

而Rage Against The Machine在1992年發表的首張同名專輯，當然也是在90年代初期釐定rap-metal雛形的經典名盤

不過在那時候，樂界尚以alternative metal形容這種樂風；好比Faith No More、Living Colour以及發表1991年經典專輯《Blood Sugar Sex Magik》的Red Hot Chili Peppers，也都可以被歸在alternative metal的範疇裡。

90年初不可不提的，當然就是網羅了一大票metal/alternative rock界與hip-hop/rap樂界響亮名字進行對戰的1993年經典電影原聲帶《Judgement Night》（包括Helmet vs. House Of Pain、Teenage Fanclub vs. De La Soul、Sonic Youth vs. Cypress Hill、Pearl Jam vs. Cypress Hill、Biohazard vs. Onyx、Slayer vs. Ice-T、Dinosaur Jr vs. Del The Funky Homosapien…等等）。

妙的是原聲帶我聽得滾瓜爛熟，甚至還收藏了一件原聲帶官方TEE，但我至今還沒看過電影哈哈XD

時間快轉到《The Battle Of Los Angeles》誕生的1999年，無疑就是rap-metal演化到nu-metal的豐收年度；當時Spin雜誌指出這是「Trend Of The Year」，我們也見證到Limp Bizkit的《Significant Other》在發行首週便狂賣64萬張直接登頂奪冠。

最後還可以再舉出幾張同樣在1999年發表、大家所熟悉的nu-metal名盤，讓大家回味暖身一下；因為裡面的確有不少我以前在Spin會放的歌，11/13也說不定就會放出來轟炸大家！！！

#我的90年代

【お金を使う時に持っておいた方がいい判断基準】

　

３日ほど前、映画『えんとつ町のプペル』のムービーチケットを応募者全員にプレゼントするキャンペーンをスタートさせて、すでに4万名を超える応募があったんです。

これを受けて、「電通すごい」とか「東宝ヤバイ」とか「吉本本気」といった声がチョイチョイあるのですが、西野の名誉の為に言わせていただくと、これ、別に、電通さんや東宝さんや吉本興業といった大きな会社が推し進めている企画ではなくて、【西野亮廣】が個人でやっているんです。

忘れられないように、もう一度言いますが、これは「西野の自腹」なんです。

その自腹が、現時点で「チケット代×40000人」です。
適当に計算してみてください。

今日は、この買い物が「高い」か「安い」かを考えたいと思います。

　
僕はこんな仕事をしているので、必ず予算の問題がつきまとうんですね。

個展をする時なんかは、基本、当初の予算を二周りぐらい上回るので、よく会社が死にかけているんですけど、そんな活動をずっとしていると見えてくるお金のルールがあります。

それは……

「お金は上手に使うと、動かせる額が大きくなる」

ということです。

　
なので、プロジェクトを受け持っている後輩（つまり予算内でプロジェクトを遂行しなけれないけない立場にある人間）には、「お金を貯めるな。積極的に上手く使え」といっています。

ゴールは彼らが取り扱うプロジェクトが大きくなって、彼らが大きな影響力を手にいれて、彼らがたくさんの人を楽しませて、たくさんの人を助けることなので動かせる予算は大きい方がいい。

そんなことを踏まえて、今回の炎の自腹企画「映画『えんとつ町のプペル』のムービーチケットを応募者全員にプレゼントするキャンペーン」が高かったか安かったか……というところなんですけども、「ちょっと分からない」です。

ぶっちゃけ、まだ分からない（笑）

高い買い物になるかもしれないし、安い買い物になるかもしれないし、「どっちにでも転ぶなぁ」といったところです。

一つ確かなことは、「どっちかには転ぶ」というところですね。

これが凄い大事だと思っていて、「どっちにも転ばない買い物」ってあるじゃないですか？
現代において、これが一番無駄遣いだと思っています。

ここにきて、ようやくクラウドファンディングが一般化しました。

要するに、「心意気」みたいなものが買われやすくなった。
世の中の為にとか、皆を楽しませる為に、「バーン！」とお金を出して、「死んだ〜！」とチャーミングに言えたら、「もう、しょうがねぇな」みたいな感じで助け舟を出してくれる人が出てくる。
出てきやすくなった。

もちろんチャーミングでコーティングするというのが大前提ですが、派手に転ぶと、ここの関係が買えるので、その買い物はそこまで高くない。

一方で、どっちにも転ばない選択って、安全策のようで、まわりが助け舟を出す機会を切り落としているので、ちょっと高い。

　

ここから少し本質的な話になるんですが、基本的に「教育」というのはコケないようにアテンドしていくじゃないですか。
「自立できる人間が正解」みたいなノリで。

実は、それって今の時代、結構なリスクだなぁと思っていて、今、どう考えたって、一人で戦う人間よりも、まわりが助けたくなる人間の方が強い。

予算も集まるし、知識も知恵も集まる。
「教育」というものに、オンライン互助の仕組みが組み込まれていないのは、結構、致命的だと思っています。

仕事柄いろんな人と会いますが、一人で生きている人の知識量って絶望的です。

自分の脳ミソに情報を入れてくれる人が自分一人しかいないのは、かなり分が悪い。
知識だけじゃなくて、お金の問題もそうなのですが、やっぱ「助け舟を出したくなるヤツ」が、今、圧倒的に強い。

　
話を戻します。そして、一言でまとめます。

お金を使う時の判断基準として、「高い」「安い」以外に、「この使い方は、助け舟を出したくなるのか否か」という基準を持っておいた方がいいと思います。

I am Nicole Abe.
I usually do modelling.
I use lots of mono-tone, but sometimes add in toned down red or green.
Now, for this year , there were quite a lot of camel and black combinations and that would be something to use for my setup.
I don't have a specific brand, but I do like simple, Mode type.
There are many genre of Japanese fashion now, and I'm sure there aren't any specific rules, so it will be good if everybody enjoys their fashion in their own ways.

Spreading Moe-Kyun song to all over the world, we are DEMPAGUMI inc.
The Anime or Manga which I really like now is Meropon Dashi!
It's an interaction between an alien and a Japanese, with scenes where I actually go in real life like Harajuku, and that is neat.
The anime I like are Sailor Moon and Revolutionary Girl Utena, where cute girls fight.
I really like Mahojin Guru Guru, which is a real comedy but has some youth's bittersweet scenes and is a must see.
The Anime and Manga for me now is the manga, Magical Girl Of The End.
The is a magical girl and many other magical girls and the fighting scene is crazy, but it is good.
My recent favorite is Terra Formers and Tokyo Ghoul.
Many people die on both manga, but this thrilling, extraordinary situation is refreshing to read.
My choice is Yowamushi Pedal, a manga about bicycles, but as we are doing event in Shibuya 109,
I remembered one called "Gals!"on magazine Ribbon when I was little.
It's a great manga with love, passion and fashion, and remembering it makes me want to read it again when I go back home.
Dempagumi inc is a idol group of six Otakus out of Akihabara, and we do many lives even outside of Japan.
