If you often take me around here, I believe that I have tried this restaurant and even Muslim food is not very popular, but with the taste of Thai people make this restaurant full of memories. People who stay some love for long time 🥰
In the day that everything is growing quickly. The shop has changed to almost never see the same person. But this shop is still unique. The chair is nine years old. Many people have been sitting and the same atmosphere in this shop for a long time. Beyond what many people think it's time to permanently shut down. Today we had a chance to talk to ′′ Mr. Manat Khawong ′′ the last generation of the shop's successor with many questions in our hearts.

′′ Seriously, our shop has been lost for 50 years, but our auntie said it was ′′ if the aunt is still here, don't close this shop. It's a loss. Whatever it is, I will pay all of them. ' So we tried to help each other to stop the shop. This is because my aunt said that aunt loves this restaurant so much. Aunt has no kids, no family. This shop is my family. Aunt is happy when customers visit and spread delicious Islamic food for Thai people to try to eat until the last two months. Aunt is sick. It's heavy. I have been holding on to the hospital for 2 months until my aunt passed away peacefully. When we paid tax and rent bills for 2 hundred thousand baht. We can't continue to fight because of the customer during this period. I've been quiet. So we talked about if we still sell here, we can't continue. We decided to close this shop permanently so that we couldn't get into chronic debt

′′ When we really decided to close, our family would close quietly, but we thought that aunt was dedicated to this restaurant and we didn't know when we would have a chance to come back to cook for people to eat. Everything could be the last time we could get. I want to do my best. At least my shop is still in memory of someone like my aunt always wanted. So we announced that we will close permanently in the end of August. There is a foreigner who comes to Thailand. Haha. Yesterday he took photos and interviewed both of us and the people in the shop. He spent all day being here. We asked him what he was going to do. He said he wanted to save it for posterity to know that there was a very delicious restaurant here. If one day, we asked him what he Whoever comes here will be inspired to make this shop as good as this shop does. I hear this. It's refreshing that everything my aunt tried is not wasted

With kes COVID-19 on a rise, the prospect of making the ????? ??????? journey to celebrate the coming Hari Raya with loved ones seem so GRIM. So again, it’s going to be a cosy but SAFE celebration here at the #IkingAzmi abode. But unlike last year, where I was in my confinement and we ordered our Raya meals - I’m starting my own family tradition by cooking the WHOLE Raya “feast” with the kids! This is a HUGE for Noob Cook like @gramforthecook hokays?!
I prefer to shop for my groceries online - partially cause I want to delegate chores like shopping for more productive stuff. Also, I’m trying to stay safe at home. Just don’t want to take the risk of going out unnecessarily.

SOY HONEY GLAZED SALMON RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
200g Salmon Fillet
1/2 cup Edamame, peeled
1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
2 Eggs
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice
Marinade:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
Steps:
1) Pre-heat oven to 185C / 365F.
2) Start by making the marinade. In a small bowl, whist together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar and garlic.
3) Place the salmon onto a baking dish covered with foil. Brush the soy sauce garlic marinade onto the salmon and let rest for 15 minutes.
4) Place in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is fully cooked through.
5) In the meantime, you can slice all the vegetables and make sunny side ups.
6) Once the salmon is done, remove from oven and let’d start to assemble our rice bowl.
7) Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly arrange all the ingredients on top of the rice.
8) Top it up with a little of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
CHILLI BEEF RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
300g Beef Fillet
1/2 tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 Onion, sliced
4 - 5 Small Chilli, sliced
A bunch of Parsley, sliced
2 Garlic Cloves, sliced
100g Baby Spinach
2 Eggs
1/2 tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice
Steps:
1) Thinly slice the beef fillet.
2) Then marinade it with teriyaki sauce and let it sit for about 10 - 15 minutes.
3) In the meantime, let’s slice all the vegetables - onion, small chillis and parsley.
4) Coat the pan with sesame oil, and cook the onions until lightly golden brown and fragrant.
5) Add in the beef and lightly stir-fry until it’s almost cooked, for 3 - 5 minutes.
6) Then stir in the chillis and parsley, continue to cook very quickly for another 2 - 3 minutes. Done!
7) Now let’s cook the baby spinach. In a pan, stir-fry the garlic until golden brown and fragrant.
Then add in the baby spinach and a little bit of soy sauce. Cook very quickly for 1 - 2 minutes and it’s done. Avoid overcooking the baby spinach as we want to still keep it crunchy.
8) Finally, cook 2 sunny side ups.
9) Let’s assemble our rice bowl. Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly arrange all the ingredients on top of the rice.
10) Top it up with a little of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.
TEMPEH KIMCHI RICE BOWL (2 bowls)
Ingredients:
300g Tempeh, sliced
1/2 cup Kimchi
100 Baby Spinach
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
1 tsp. Soy Sauce
2 small bowls of Cooked Rice
Marinade:
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tbsp. Honey
1/2 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
2 Garlic Cloves, diced
Steps:
1) Pre-heat oven to 185C / 365F.

3) Thinly slice the tempeh and place it onto a baking dish. Brush the marinade onto the tempeh and let rest for 15 minutes.

6) Then add in the baby spinach and a little bit of soy sauce. Cook very quickly for 1 - 2 minutes and it’s done. Avoid overcooking the baby spinach as we want to still keep it crunchy.
7) Let’s assemble our rice bowl. Start with the base, which is the rice. And neatly arrange all the ingredients on top of the rice - tempeh, kimchi and spinach.
8) If you are new to eating kimchi, then start with 1 tablespoon. If you love kimchi, then serve more. Kimchi is a great source of probiotics.
9) Top it up with a little of sesame seeds and chilli flakes. Serve immediately.

I wasn't vegan when I was living in Australia 15 years ago. I also didn't know much about food from all around the world but Australia is such a land of immigrants and working as a chef assistant at a cafe and enjoying eating out a lot with my friends gave me so much experience and knowledge about food.

Ingredients:
For the sushi rice :
450g rice
60g rice vinegar
2 tbsp beet sugar
1 tsp salt
For the orange sesame sauce :
200g orange
40g soy sauce
40g olive oil
40g toasted white sesame seeds
1/2 tsp salt
400g tempeh
300g broccoli
300g pumpkin
200g asparagus
200g mushroom
olive oil
salt and pepper
2 sheets nori
400g avocado
For garnish :
winter cherries
toasted white sesame seeds
Instructions:
1. make sushi rice. in a small cup, combine rice vinegar, beet sugar and salt then set aside until it dissolves. cook rice and then pour sushi vinegar over the rice and mix well.
2. in a blender, mix all the ingredients for the orange sesame sauce. pour some of it over tempeh.
3. cut vegetables in a bite size and drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper. put them with tempeh in an oven and bake at 356F/180C for 30 minutes.
4. Plate sushi rice, nori sheets, avocado, vegetables, tempeh, winter cherries, sesame seeds. drizzle orange sesame sauce or soy sauce as you like.

「材料」4人分
酢飯
お米 3合
米酢 60g
てん菜糖 大さじ2
塩 小さじ1
オレンジセサミソース
オレンジ 200g
醤油 40g
白入りゴマ 40g
オリーブオイル 40g
塩 小さじ1/2
テンペ 400g
ブロッコリー 300g
アスパラ 200g
カボチャ 300g
マッシュルーム 200g
オリーブオイル 適量
塩 適量
胡椒 適量
海苔 2枚
アボカド 400g
鬼灯 適量
白胡麻 適量
「作り方」
1、寿司酢の材料を混ぜ合わせておき、炊いたお米と混ぜ合わせ酢飯を作る。
2、オレンジセサミソースの材料をブレンダーで混ぜる。ソースの一部をテンペに絡める。
3、野菜を適当な大きさに切り、オリーブオイル、塩・胡椒をして2と一緒にオーブンに入れて180℃で30分ほど焼く。
4、酢飯、海苔、テンペ、野菜、鬼灯、白胡麻、の順に盛り付け、オレンジセサミソースをかけて食べます。
5、エンジョーイ!
