Open your heart, it’s very powerful! It won’t only bring you joy but also surprises. Let me share a story while I traveled in Portugal. I remember I didn’t book anything, I just followed the arrangement of universe. I even did skydiving alone. It all became my precious memory and ME. Of course you might take some risks. We open our hearts, it doesn’t mean to danger ourselves. BUT WE ALLOW GOODS TO COME IN☺️

Never in my wildest dreams did I expect to get acquainted with jogging again, let alone trail running! Funny what COVID did to me. 😅😅😅

It must have been the weekly nature walks with the family that connected me with Nature gradually. I loved the tranquility that came with the walks - both at the parks and the off-the-beaten-track ones. So my feet started getting itchy. How does it feel to go on a trail run, I wondered. And when I bought my first trail running shoes, the wifey exclaimed, "Wah, you are serious about this." 🤣

Yes, I am. And I went for my first trail run at Chestnut Nature Park North. IT WAS TOUGH! Definitely NOT the same as running on the pavement (which I naively thought it would be the case). Managed 3.4km of trail running in the end. Decent but timing not as decent... probably because I spent a lot of time taking selfies and doing boliao stuff like jump shots (2nd photo). 😆 Will cut down on my jump shots next time then. Lol.

産まれた日に波の音がした
学校も海沿いを帰った
初恋は砂浜に座って
拳一個分の距離のまま夕陽が沈んだ
やがて地元を出て遠く遠い空の下
「海は繋がっているから」と涙をぬぐった

「To The Sea」

Juliette and I met a couple of years back when we were both exploring performance opportunities in Hong Kong, but we are actually both from Toronto. I knew she was talented in many areas of performance and recently, we talked about the idea of doing a duet and this one was the chosen one haha

High School Musical was something that I actually connected with a lot while I was in school as I was also an athlete who sings. I still remember the year I sang a duet from HSM at the school talent show and it was also the day of my Track & Field competition. Fortunately, my events were earlier in the day and I made it back to school in time (I was wearing my team jersey during the performance haha).
