All you need is Chilled Coconut Milk, Organic Honey and unsweetened Cocoa Powder. I use @ayambrandsg Coconut Milk that is 100% natural and enhanced with coconut water to make this mousse. It comes in this fancy new packaging that is so easy to open and store. Not to mention the coconut taste is really strong. They have 2 variation- 1 with 20% fat and 1 with 5% fat. You can use either in this recipe. For something healthier, use the 5% one. Less calories without compromising on taste👍🏻

Ingredients:
2 packets of Ayam Brand coconut milk (330ml per packet)
4 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp of Organic Honey
Steps:
❤️Chill Coconut milk in the fridge overnight so the milk thickens
❤️In a large mixing bowl, pour out the thicken portion of coconut milk ONLY and reserve the remaining liquid portion for other uses
❤️Add cocoa powder and honey
❤️Using a hand mixer, whip mixture until slightly thicken
❤️Pour into glass pots and refrigerate until set
❤️Decorate with fruits and berries

I use Ayam Brand Singapore can coconut milk for the base cake and can coconut cream for the frosting between the cake layers! This frosting is amazingly easy to make. All you need is to chill the coconut cream in the fridge for at least 24 hours, remove the cream portion and discard the water that sinks to the bottom and whip it together with a little icing sugar and viola!!! It taste so darn good!! The coconut fragrance is so strong because their coconut products are 100% natural and you get the taste closest to coconut👍🏻
