Agitation//
When speaking of filter coffee, people think about the zen moment of the pour over process (that’s what I thought so on the beginning). As I delve deeper into the coffee world, it’s never as simple as it looks! I’ve recently learnt that “agitation” is required for a truly smooth, consistent cup of coffee. Agitating the coffee grounds helps to disperse the grounds when water channels through, and ensures even extraction.
In the end, it all depends on how you like to enjoy your cup of coffee! It’s a trial and error process, and there are various recipes available online!
