Your closet is a naked picture of you. Clothes and the management of your closet as well as shopping habits are your expression. This is one of my closets I’m starting to rebuild and boy the honesty that comes from more spaciousness has turned my life inside out, who would have known right? But this is how powerful this work is.
Always honor your expression, sit with it even if it’s messy, imperfect, and know that it is a process to work through and we can do this together, unravelling the insights and awareness about your unique expression through your clothes.
This process has supported me hugely in being more honest about my life, letting go of holding back or hiding and it is one of the greatest tools to deepen gentleness and surrender. It also makes it so much easier to see my clothes, pick them in simplicity and no complication. Life becomes much more simple and not a struggle. A huge blessing and clearing all in one.
