My mango bowl recipe (which is purrr-fect for breakfast):
- Cook 1 cup of oatmeal with 2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water on medium-low heat. Stir occasionally. Season with 1 tiny pinch of salt & sprinkle in some vanilla powder (or nibs, even better).
- Put the oatmeal in a bowl
- Go crazy with diced mango til u ain't seeing that oatmeal anymore #themorethebetter .
- Drizzle on some honey. This will do wonder for your mango layer.
- Top everything up with chopped cashew (or almond), and coconut chips.
