Thay đổi môi trường sống, chỗ ở, công việc, tình cảm... có lẽ là vấn đề nổi cộm nhất trong năm 2020. Một năm nhiều biến động khiến chúng ta phải thay đổi rất nhiều để thích nghi với hoàn cảnh. Mình trở về Việt Nam tránh dịch nhưng cũng quyết định sẽ ở lại Việt Nam để ổn định sinh sống. Sống ở nước ngoài một thời gian khá dài và phải thích nghi trở lại cuộc sống ở đây nhiều khi khiến mình rất mệt mỏi áp lực. Và đây là một buổi sáng giảm căng thẳng của mình.
