一間在香港賣創作刈包，賣到成為 Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 最佳女廚師，May Chow 的「Little Bao」；一間在台北賣 on tap 雞尾酒，年前進軍香港的酒吧「Draft Land」；兩者走在一起，會有甚麼事情發生？
就是在銅鑼灣京士頓街，化身成「Little Draft Land」，為期三個月，以「包團遊世界」為主題，飲杯酒食個包，讓插翼難飛的大家，重拾以前旅行的感覺。
數年前，還是中環士丹頓街的年代，已經感受過 Little Bao 的創意，一記鹽味雪糕包，降服了我的鹹甜胃，及後就未有機會再試了；與 Draft Land 中環店一向無緣，但在數年前，與台北店擦身而過，當時若非計劃去威士忌吧，我想我會停下飲杯雞尾酒。
Little Bao
【期間限定店】位於銅鑼灣Fashion Walk的Little Bao Diner，由4月起至6月底，開闢了一個為期三個月的限定店角落，名為「Little Draft Land」。
Antonio Lai本身主理台灣「Cocktails On Tap」在中環的Draft Land Hong Kong，一直都供應多款創作雞尾酒，今次進駐銅鑼灣，跟Little Bao創辦人May Chow合作，帶來一系列富韓風和台風的雞尾酒及小食。
一系列Cocktails on Tap特別用上韓國米酒、梅酒為基調，當日到訪時，就有六款Cocktails供應中， 5號的Goryeo Highball (我愛韓梅)($100) 最得我歡心，威士忌、梅酒和薑味各樣都很平衡，而喜愛烈酒味重的朋友可試試6號Whiskey Cocktail (圍威喂)($120)。
食物方面，May Chow特地炮製以台灣及韓國風味來應戰Oppa!
「台式魯肉流心炸蛋」（$98），以蘇格蘭蛋為靈感，但就運用台式魯肉做外層，內裡則是半熟日本蛋，炸成黃金色的炸蛋，相當香口滋味。
我自己則偏愛這款「LB生菜包炸雞」（$138），混合了韓式炸雞和台式鹽酥雞的製法，並配上自家調製的金不換油蛋黃醬及LB韓式辣醬的自調醬汁，吃時包著生菜和芝麻葉品嚐來吃，便可以一次過去勻韓國和台灣般。
「Little Ice Cream Bao」（$50）是May Chow的經典創作，這次的雪糕包是經改良的版本，以特製烏龍焦糖及一撒海鹽加入麥芽味雪糕內，味道少少鹹多多趣，令人感覺很愉快。

調酒大師Antonio Lai 特別調製的一系列特色Cocktails on tap 以韓國米酒、梅酒為基調，超過8款口味的雞尾酒，將不定期於店內 6 個tap供應，首先推出的包括：
「我愛韓梅」以威士忌、梅酒、薑和蘇打水調製
「梨咪走」利用冧酒，梨汁，米酒和接骨木花糖漿調配
「谷氣寶貝」取才自本地經典菊花茶以氈酒,菊花, 普洱茶,青檸調配
「地道烏龍茶」以伏特加,烏龍茶,青檸調製
「龍柚最愛」以龍舌蘭酒,西柚,玫瑰,青檸調配
「圍威喂」以威士忌,可可,蔗糖,苦精調製。
雞尾酒佐以由May Chow炮製的台灣美味佳餚一起享用，包括以台式魯肉包裹整顆半熟日本太陽卵的「台式魯肉流心炸蛋」；而「LB生菜包炸雞」融合了台式鹽酥雞製法及韓式燒肉食法， 沾上兩種自調醬汁，連同新鮮生菜及芝麻葉品嚐；仲有韓式柚子豬肉包及「Little Ice Cream Bao」以特製烏龍焦糖及一撒海鹽，為麥芽味雪糕更添層次，實在令人難以抗拒。
