ร้านเราเป็นร้านเล็กๆ ที่อยู่ในหลืบหน่อยค่ะ ไม่ได้มีการโปรโมทเยอะ เพราะทำไม่ค่อยเก่งค่า และขี้เขินในการจะโปรโมทเยอะๆ พอนั่งไม่ได้ ลูกค้าก็เงียบไปเยอะเลยค่า แต่รายจ่ายไม่ค่อยลด 😅

【Ingredients】
· Sugar
· Water
· Starch syrup
· Food coloring (Red, Orange)
· Balloon
· Small pots and cups that can support balloon
· Dish
· Water balloon pump
· Scissors
· Ice cream, fruit, chocolate sauce etc of your choice

【Steps】
① Prepare sugar, water and starch syrup in a ratio of 3: 1: 1 according to the size of the bowl you want to make.
② Put sugar and water in the pan and warm it to melt the sugar.
③ Once sugar melts, add starch syrup and boil down until it bubbles. Put the food coloring in and mix it and take off stove before it burns.
④ Pour water (quantity not included in ingredients) into the balloon using a water balloon pump and inflate it, then firmly tie. Because it is dangerous when pouring the candy, fill balloons with water fully so no air is in it.
⑤ Place a small bowl on the plate and set the balloon with the mouth of the balloon facing down.
⑥ Pour the candy over the balloon and leave it until it solidifies.
⑦ Cut near the mouth of the balloon to drain the water inside and remove the balloon from the candy.
⑧ Set the sugar bowl on the small bowl so it does not fall down, add ice cream and fruit in it and it's done!!

【用意するもの】
・砂糖　　
・水
・水飴
・食用色素 赤 オレンジ
・風船
・風船を支えられる小鉢やカップ
・皿
・水風船のポンプ
・はさみ
・お好みのアイスクリーム、フルーツやチョコレートソース など

【作り方】
① 砂糖と水と水飴を作りたいボールの大きさに合わせて３：１：１の割合で用意する。
② 鍋に砂糖と水を入れて温め、砂糖を溶かす。
③ 砂糖が溶けたら水飴を加え、ぶくぶくと泡が出るまで煮詰める。食用色素を入れて混ぜ、焦げる前に火から下ろす。
④ 水風船のポンプを使って風船に水(分量外)を入れて膨らませ、くちをしっかりとむすぶ。飴を流しかけた時に危険なので、風船内には空気を含ませずにしっかりと水で満たす。
⑤ お皿の上に小鉢を置き、風船のくちを下にしてセットする。
⑥ 風船の上に飴を流しかけて固まるまで放置する。
⑦ 風船のくち付近を切って中の水をだし、飴から風船を外す。
⑧ 倒れないように小鉢の上にシュガーボールをセットし、中にアイスクリームやフルーツを入れて完成!!
