Chocolate Fountain Fondue Machine (Set Up Chocolate Syrup Sauce Recipe)
Difficulty: Easy
Time: 20min
Servings: 3~4people
What you need:
350g (12oz.) chocolate bars
200ml milk
strawberries, bananas, pineapples, marshmallows, biscuits, breads, etc...
1 tbsp, liquor if you like
How to Prepare the Chocolate Syrup Sauce:
1. Break chocolate bars into small pieces. Melt the chocolates over hot water.
2. Warm the milk using microwave or boil up to 40C (105F).
3. Add milk little by little into the melted chocolate and mix with a spatula until smooth. Add liquor if you like.
How to Use the Machine:
1. Before using the machine, turn the HEAT knob and HEAT for 15 minutes.
2. Pour in the chocolate syrup sauce.
3. Turn the HEAT MORTOR knob.

Hi, everyone :) Today we’re going to show you how to make a french molten chocolate lava cake.
Fondant au chocolat also known as chocolate lava cake or molten chocolate cake. It’s chocolate lover’s dream dessert, with a warm, soft, melting, rich chocolate lava center, and a crackling cake-like crust. So fantastic!
This recipe is easy and simple. Quick to prepare and serve within 30 minutes. You can dust powdered sugar before serving, or with ice cream and fresh berries. Believe in me, you will fall in love with it. Hope you like this video. Enjoy! :)

French Fondant Au Chocolat
✎ Ramekin Size: 7.5x4.5 cm, and this recipe can make two
Ingredients
unsalted butter 32g
70% dark bittersweet chocolate 40g
granulated sugar 40g
egg 1
all-purpose flour 15g
vanilla extract 5g
Instructions
1. Butter two ramekins and dust with flour lightly, then tip out any excess. Place them in the fridge to chill(at least 10 mins).
2. Chop the chocolate into small pieces.
3. Put butter and chopped chocolate in a heatproof bowl and set over a pan of hot water, stir until smooth, don't over heat. Set aside and keep warm.
4. In a large bowl, add one egg, sugar and vanilla extract and whisk all together until pale and thick.
5. Pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stir until completely smooth.
6. Add the sifted flour and fold to incorporate.
7. Pour or spoon batter evenly into each prepared ramekin(about 80% full).
8. Preheat the oven to 200C, then bake for 8-9 minutes or until the sides are firm and the centers are soft.
9. Let the lava cakes cool in the ramekins for 3-5 minutes, then invert onto plates.
10. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve immediately. Enjoy.

嗨!大家好,我是 Cassandre,今天的『食不相瞞』我們要來做一道很療癒又經典的巧克力甜點:熔岩巧克力蛋糕(aka:朱古力心太軟蛋糕/朱古力流心蛋糕/Fondant Au Chocolat, Chocolate Lava Cake) !
對巧克力控而言,熔岩巧克力蛋絕對是銷魂等級的,即使不是巧克力的鐵粉,看到巧克力岩漿還冒著熱蒸氣、緩緩流淌出來的畫面,我的老天鵝,這也太療癒了。
熔岩巧克力最美味的吃法就是用叉一小塊外皮略酥脆的蛋糕,沾著流動的巧克力熔岩吃,溫暖又濕潤的口感, 配一杯黑咖啡或熱紅茶感覺很完美。
熔岩巧克力蛋糕看起來好像有點難度,但其實做法超乎想像的簡單,從開始做到完成大概半小時左右;由於這份甜點的主成份是巧克力,所以建議選擇自己最喜歡的巧克力品牌與濃度(58%~70%之間最理想),那這樣做出來會更符合自己的胃口,希望大家會喜歡。

法式熔岩巧克力蛋糕 (Fondant Au Chocolat, Chocolate Lava Cake) 怎麼做呢?
下面是 法式熔岩巧克力蛋糕 (Fondant Au Chocolat, Chocolate Lava Cake) 的做法與食譜:
* 使用的烤模尺寸為 7.5x4.5 cm 烤盅, 可做兩份

材料 / Ingredients
無鹽奶油 32g
58%~70%苦甜巧克力 40g
蛋 1
糖 40g
中粉 15g
香草精 5g
做法 / Instructions
1. 在烤盅裡塗上薄薄的一層無鹽奶油,然後均勻地灑上麵粉,最後再敲掉多餘的麵粉,兩個烤盅都送進冰箱冷藏備用(最少冰10分鐘)
2. 把市售的巧克力切成小塊狀
3. 取一個耐熱的容器,加入切碎的巧克力跟無鹽奶油,隔水加熱至完全融化並攪拌均勻,要留意不要過度加熱,完成後置於一旁備用
4. 起另一個打發盆,加入一顆雞蛋、細砂糖跟香草精,用打蛋器打至顏色泛白、些許濃稠,這裡不要過度打發
5. 把先前融好的巧克力奶油糊慢慢地倒入蛋糊裡,同時輕輕的攪拌,直到所有材料完全混合均勻(不要太快,以免熱的巧克力醬會讓雞蛋結塊或成為蛋花湯)
6. 將麵粉過篩後加入巧克力與雞蛋糊裡,也是要手法輕巧的拌到看不見乾粉即可
7. 把巧克力麵糊倒入烤盅至八分滿,輕敲幾下敲出空氣
8. 烤箱預熱200度C,烘烤 8~9 分鐘
9. 出爐後,讓熔岩巧克力蛋糕在烤盅裡放涼 3~5 分鐘,然後趁熱倒扣在盤子上
10. 端上桌前灑點糖粉,請趁熱享用哦!
