Takoyaki Brownie Balls 🐙 🍫 crazy dessert spin off of the Osaka snacks using the brownie premix from @alchemy_foods
No sotong but matcha ganache filling inside and frosted with the leftover matcha ganache. Definitely a very rich and indulgent treat for the family but “healthier” thanks to the Alchemy fibre blend inside the premix~

這次分享的版本除了使用甜點技法做出巧克力風味濃郁的蛋糕體之外,蛋糕的亮點是切開來會流流的巧克力內餡!

古早味蛋糕的經典look是蛋糕厚度要夠,ㄉㄨㄞ ㄉㄨㄞ 很療癒之外,一出爐那個氣勢不能輸別家,我最愛它繃繃亮亮的表皮~像小baby的皮膚一樣看了很想掐一把?
我用水浴法烘烤蛋糕非常濕潤,含水量高到連切下去還會聽到有點水聲莎莎的聲音,內餡加入巧克力醬,搭配著蛋糕一起吃,巧克力直接融化在舌尖,把古早味蛋糕變奢華~
本次食譜與 KitchenAid Taiwan 合作,使用KitchenAid Artisan 5Q桌上型攪拌機製作,遇到麵糊量較大、需要打出穩定蛋白霜的時候,選用桌上型攪拌機製作更輕鬆順手~
