Been looking for one of these ergonomic office chairs because my back has been killing me and the Ergomeister FAEZ8ERG has been a dream. I totally get why even chiropractors and professional athletes love it! The full lumbar support just craaadles my back, much less back pain after the many zoom meetings. It’s also super sleek, the curves are so sexy and I really like that the name is at the back and not where my head is haha. The armrests can be adjusted vertically, rotated inwards and outwards, forward and back, you can also slide the seat in and out and it has a sweet recline. One small thing, the chair is still a little bit too high for me (I’m 5ft2) even at the lowest setting. I don’t mind that but if you are around that height, take note of that! This 8 series has German-engineered Premium Air-scape Mesh and the ventilation is also premium haha. Thank you @ergomeister!

今天就来给大家科普什么是 “整骨” 吧 💡
💆🏻‍♀️ 脊骨神經學治療（Chiropratic）/脊椎徒手推拿治療
💆🏻‍♀️ 藉由快速精準的動作，將錯位的肌肉骨頭調整，以確保受傷的細胞組織能自行痊癒，改善肌肉軟組織的活動性
💆🏻‍♀️ 舒緩因創傷組織傷害、長時間呈不正確坐姿、頸背痠痛和偏頭痛等情況造成的緩肌肉、骨頭及結締組織的疼痛，減低免疫系統的壓力
💆🏻‍♀️ 不需要承担手术/药物风险

姐姐本身的工作及生活习惯都是久坐+少动，所以常常感到肌肉僵硬、腰部容易酸累等…相信这应该也是大部分现代人的通病吧 🤭

经过美女医师 @xinn_yii 的初步诊断，姐姐的脊椎骨第6节有移位现象，外加右侧盆骨也有同样问题。所以这次的治疗主要都是调节这两个部位。目前，姐姐已进行了第3次治疗，后续效果会再给大家分享哦 👌🏻

*题外话☝🏻 整骨的过程，姐姐只能用一个字来形容 “爽”‼️ 尤其是听到骨头🦴 “咔嚓” 的那一刻……

As per my previous vlog, i had a knee injury and visited several Chinese chiropractors here in Taiwan. Unfortunately, i had a horrible allergic reaction to chinese herbs. So i had to head to the hospital for a anti-histamine jab.... & i hate injections ='(

Just a simple video to keep u updated about my life away from Malaysia...
