Did you know that the Touch 'n Go card has a 10-year validity period? Simply refer to the back of your card to view the expiry date.
If your card has expired, do not worry. Here’s how you can get request for a refund of your card balance:
1) Visit https://www.touchngo.com.my/erefund and fill in the required details
2) Select ‘Card Termination’ under ‘Refund Request’
3) Select ‘Expired Card’ under ‘Reason’
4) Choose your preferred refund method
Your refund will be processed within 30 days from the date of your e-Refund submission.
Please take note that expired cards cannot be renewed. For continued usage, please purchase a new Touch ‘n Go card at selected retail, transit, self-service kiosk and petrol stations.
