The photos you are looking at are the first bodyweight session I posted on my channel 6 years back. The difficulty of this session today is only level 2, but back then, I'm already struggling each round (4 min) despite coming from many years of training experience from weightlifting and running!
Since then, I have posted more bodyweight workouts than ever because I find bodyweight is super efficient; it could help a person get fit, burn fat, and maintain a lean physique, especially when we can't go to the gym or do cardio outdoor.
Time flies, today I've produced up to 1000+ bodyweight content in my socials, online programs, and app. The best thing is how we progressed throughout these years from Level 2 to Level 6! From a 4 minute routine to a 60+ minute nonstop session. You guys are fantastic!
Will there be a level 7 workout? Tbh, Level 6 is currently the best I can produce with proper form and pace. If you pay close attention to some of my level 6 workouts, you will notice that my form is slowly breaking down by the session's intensity.
Imo, coming out with the most brutal deadliest routine is not the hard part; anyone can draft out a 1000 burpees routine and name it a level 7 workout. A 2000 burpees and call it a level 8 workout etc... but executing it with poor form and taking way too long to complete is not a workout at all.
Well, that's not the goal for now. The goal is about executing it properly while keeping it safe and effective for everyone to follow along. That's what every workout session should be. So will there be a proper level 7 workout session in the future? Never say never. We shall see. ;)

I had my first full workout on the @technogym bench today. The Lord answers prayers because I really wanted to level up my weight training now that my regular cardio is back in my weekly routine.
This bench is perfect for adding to your home gym because it’s compact and everything has a home. I love the resistance bands and I can gradually increase my difficulty. Plus the knuckle weights pack a punch. They also have dumbbell sets underneath up to 10kg.

EMOTIONAL HUNGER vs ACTUAL HUNGER
A lot of people tell me that sometimes, they will eat until extremely full because of stress, anger or sadness... This is usually followed by guilt that leads to skipping meals and starving themselves, coupled with lots of cardio at the gym.❌🍪👉🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️❌ ‼️‼️🏋️♀️🤸🏻♀️✔️✔️👌
It comes down to PREVENTION, followed by how to DISTINGUISH why you eat your emotions, then AFTER CARE, whenever emotional eating occurs. ⬇️
PREVENTION:
-Try to keep your meals scheduled with your personal daily routine.
-Eat when you are a little hungry, because if you wait until you are too hungry, chances are you will only grab junk food or calorie dense food to satisfy the hunger.
-Always try to maintain a balanced diet, one that consists of carbs, protein and fats.🥚🍞🥜
DISTINCTION :
ASK YOURSELF... DO I WANT BROCCOLI OR GREENS? 🥦🥒
If the answer is yes, then go ahead and have some fuel ⛽ for your body. You are actually HUNGRY!
IF YOU ARE EATING SO FAST EVEN YOU FEEL FULL, ASK YOURSELF TO SLOW DOWN, THEN DIG DEEPER TO THE ROOT CAUSE OF WHY YOU ARE EATING THIS WAY.
Am I sad? What is so important?🤔
I am not saying that you cannot enjoy the food when you are feeling sad or simply emotional, I am saying to take it slow and enjoy each bite. If you stop for a moment and actually listen to what your body is trying to tell you, chances are you may already be full or have satisfied the hunger, then you can stop eating.
AFTER CARE:
YO-YO DIETING OR EXTREME CARDIO MAY CONTRIBUTE TO
RUINING YOUR OVERALL FITNESS GOALS 🥅 .
IF EMOTIONAL EATING DOES OCCUR, JUST LET IT BE, THEN TRY
TO ADHERE TO YOUR NORMAL EATING ROUTINE.🤗
Eat what you would normally consume, then workout as planned. NOTHING NEEDS TO MODIFY OR CHANGE.
