【槟城法式餐厅+画展厅 ～ Arte Restaurant ~ French cuisine inspired by Asia】

【Arte Restaurant】是一家法式结合了一些亚洲菜色的餐厅，楼上是《第一艺术空间 Daiichi Art Space》展览一些国内外著名艺术家的作品。老板在底楼餐厅里展览很多幅来自本地著名画家“龚明金”的作品。顾客们可以一边享受美食一边欣赏艺术画作，真是味觉和视觉的一大享受啊～

【Arte Restaurant】最近推出了午餐配套，老板说由于午餐时段不太长，会推出一些比较轻熟的菜色，方便一些上班族可以在短时间内用餐。法式料理经过厨师改良后结合了亚洲及本地风味从而推出了创意新颖的料理。

首先，I Fat要介绍这家的前菜沙拉。《Salad Soft Shell Crab》是一道fusion料理，带点咸味的软壳蟹沙拉很不错，最特别的是厨师尽然搭配了peanut butter sauce，I fat觉得会有点甜，但对于不吃沙拉的人来说是道必尝的沙拉。

《Salad crab cake》是I fat特爱的前菜，厚实多肉的crab cake搭配cilantro mango salsa，芒果的搭配吃了很清新爽口，满开胃的一道前菜，必吃啊👍🏻

吃完前菜沙拉，需来碗Soup of the day暖肚，今天的soup of the day是《Pumpkin soup》尝了一口南瓜汤让I fat很惊艳，超级浓郁的南瓜汤吃了不腻，上面还放点切片熏鸭，这是目前I fat喝过最棒的南瓜汤了！超级推荐！！！

接下来，主食登场了！《Pulled Pork Tagliatelle》是一道厨师推荐意大利面。经过4小时熬煮过的braised pork shoulder入口即化，tagliatelle pasta口感刚好，不弹牙，是一道不错的主食。

《Fisherman》就是所谓的fish and chips, 厨师用的是battered fried fish，有点名贵的鱼，炸过之后很香脆，搭配2种特制酱汁～tartar sauce and wasabi mayo. 特别的是这家的fries是马铃薯切片一条一条后拿去炸。

如果不想吃太饱的话可以点一些轻熟食，比如《Penang Lang》和《Croque Madame》。Penang Lang的灵感当然来自于槟城美食，用“migu"(hokkien)来代替面包，还有煎鸟蛋、churizo、bacon和salted caramel ice cream. 《Croque Madame》有点像西式早餐，里头有poached egg、芝士和chicken ham, 搭配一些salad, dry fruits & berry.

最后是美味的甜品啦！《Bread Butter Pudding》有Classic bread butter pudding淋上vanilla sauce, 一球的vanilla雪糕和berries.
《Apple pie with ice cream》也是很好吃，厨师自己烘培的Apple pie很酥脆，还有一球的citrus雪糕，重点是这家的甜品都不甜噢，很适合不吃甜的童鞋们。
