當然煮菜的效果也很好

簡單5品杏鮑菇料理/エリンギの簡単５品アレンジ
[日式涼拌杏鮑菇]
杏鮑菇 Abalone mushroom—2個
味噌 Miso—15g
美乃滋 Mayonnaise—1大匙
味淋 Mirin—2小匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1/2小匙
白芝麻 White sesame—1/2小匙

[西式醃漬杏鮑菇]
杏鮑菇 Abalone mushroom—1個
黃甜椒 Yellow bell pepper—1/2個
小番茄 Cherry tomatoes—8粒
白酒醋 White wine vinegar—1大匙
鹽巴 Salt—1/4小匙
蜂蜜 Honey—1大匙

[照燒蒜香杏鮑菇]
杏鮑菇 Abalone mushroom—1個
蒜頭 Garlic—3粒
蔥花 Scallion—少許
奶油 Butter—1大匙or more
黑胡椒 Black pepper—適量

味淋 Mirin—1/2大匙
砂糖 Sugar—1/2小匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1/2大匙

[簡單杏鮑菇天婦羅]
杏鮑菇 Abalone mushroom—2個
低筋麵粉 Cake flour—40g
太白粉 Potato starch—10g
水 Water—60cc
美乃滋 Mayonnaise—20g
海苔粉 Aosa—1/2小匙

[拌炒杏鮑菇豬肉]
杏鮑菇 Abalone mushroom—1個
五花肉 Sliced pork—80g

清酒 Sake—1/2大匙
味淋 Mirin—1/2大匙
砂糖 Sugar—1小匙
醬油 Soy sauce—1/2大匙
蒜泥 Garlic paste—1/2小匙
薑泥 Ginger paste—1/2小匙

#smashpoprates 8.5/10: Beef with wheat toast.
Beef brisket topped w bell peppers, sunny side and onion paste.

All the ingredients go well together. Beef was truly tender. I especially like how they applied some suger and butter on the toast that comes to life towards the bottom of the whole thing.
Might be a bit pricey for the portion. RM15.9 (additional RM6 for milk coffee). @ Toast Maker Official

Spanish Needles Bidens alba is a very common weed with goof medical functions. Our ancients used it in herbal tea and some skin treatment, like small wood, itching, bug bites. I gathered the plants last weekend and made soaps with them. My college designed this stamp for it, I really like the Chinese characters in the design.

Recently, "how to prepare the lye solution of herbal soaps" was discussed in our Facebook group. Some people like to use regular herbal juice and some people like to use frozen herbal juice, so I tried both methods with the same recipe at the same time and the results are very similar (almost the same). I don't like the irritating air while dissolving lye in the regular juice, so I'd rather spend more time to freeze the juice and dissolve lye in the frozen one.
