Lebih sedekad sudah kami bersahabat. Masih ku ingat lagi moment pertama kali kami berjumpa. Waktu itu tahun 2004. Kami berjumpa untuk performance rehearsal for the TV’s big show. Kami borak lama betul waktu tu cause surprisingly, we can click to each other so cepat! Since 10 tahun lepas kami banyak buat performances sama-sama, berjumpa di bermacam-macam event.
Siti, seorang yang sangat baik hati, tak pernah berkira dengan orang sekeliling dan kelakar (I swear, she’s really funny). Tiap saat bersama dia, I tak pernah tak happy.
End of 2019, lepas habis satu event tu, kami sempat borak-borak sekejap and you asked me to call you when I’m not busy. Unfortunately, I was soooo busy back then utk prepare my 2020 CNY album and taking care of my elderly mom. Kami even dah janji untuk berjumpa lepas everything’s settled down. Elok sahaja bulan March, Malaysia dah lock down. No event, no singing performance dan no freedom catching up session we can do 😭
Tunggu punya tunggu, hmmm sekarang semuanya berubah. Betullah orang cakap, manusia hanya merancang, Tuhan menentukan. Sekarang, she’s dah tiada.. Sukar untuk saya menerimanya, namun itulah hakikatnya.
Sejujurnya, sukar utk saya luahkan semua ini. Dah 4 hari saya berperang dengan diri sendiri. Sejak Isnin itu, saya bangun saya terfikir, saya nak tidur saya terfikir, saya duduk sorang-sorang saya terfikir, even saya makan pun saya terfikir. Memikirkan apa yang telah terjadi dan betapa terkilannya saya tak sempat berjumpa dia 😔
Waktu Siti admitted in ICU, saya berdoa dan terus berdoa agar Siti diberikan kekuatan dan kembali sihat. Namun, Tuhan lebih menyayanginya. Hmmm, tenanglah kamu di sana wahai sahabatku…Sesungguhnya dikau seorang yang baik dan sentiasa menyenangkan. Dirimu tiada galang gantinya. Akan ku sentiasa kirimkan doa buatmu di sana, sahabtku Siti ❤️

Innalillahiwainnailaihirojiun. My heart breaks to think of how we lost Siti Sarah Raisuddin today. Sadder still to think of these children and husband she left behind, and knowing how this video was of their final hug.
At this point, Sarah was in her 7th month of pregnancy with her 4th baby, and the doctors performed a C-section on her to save the miracle baby, before turning Sarah on her stomach to intubate her. I can't imagine how painful that must have been. Covid, you are so, so cruel😪
I never knew Siti Sarah personally, but I've observed her career over the years and saw how she was just SUCH an incredibly talented young performer... you couldn't NOT notice her. Pint-sized, but fiery and full of energy whenever she performs.
Salam takziah buat @shuibsepahtu sekeluarga, juga kepada abang Raisuddin Hamzah yang kehilangan anak kesayangan hari ini. I used to watch interviews of Raisuddin and Siti Sarah together and think how they had such a cool father-daughter relationship, especially when he was managing her early career. I can't imagine the heartbreak of having to have to bury your child. Nauzubillah min zalik.
Rest in peace now dear Sarah. I was praying for you every day, really hoping you would make it. But Allah loved you more. What an inspiration you have been, at such a young age. A fighter till the end. Al Fatihah untuk Allahyarhamah Siti Sarah binti Raisuddin 💜
