Resepinya ~
Bahan A
4 keping roti putih ( potong kecil )
½ cawan air
⅓ cawan susu pekat
2 biji telur
¾ cawan susu cair
1 sk esen vanilla
Bahan B
10gm serbuk agar² (gaul dengan ½ cwn gula supaya bila masak tidak berketul²)
3 cawan air
½ cawan gula
Bahan lain
2 sb mentega / butter
Cara²nya ~
Kisar/ blend semua bahan A. Ketepikan sebentar.
Masak bahan B sehingga agar² & gula larut.
Tuangkan bahan A ke dlm bahan B & kacau sehingga sebati.
Masak sebentar, kemudian masukkan mentega / butter & kacau lagi.
Setelah sebati boleh angkat & asingkan kpd 2 bekas sama banyak.
Letakkan pewarna yg disukai.
Basahkan sedikit loyang / acuan supaya senang nk keluarkan nnti.
Tuanglah ke dlm acuan / loyang berselang - seli.
Lorek menggunakan lidi coraknya ikut kreativiti anda.
Sejukkan di dlm petisejuk ~ siap.

Material A
4 pieces of white bread (small cut)
½ cups of water
⅓ cups of condensed milk
2 eggs
¾ cups of liquid milk

10 gm of jelly powder (mix with ½ cups of sugar so that when cooked it doesn't have any pieces)
3 cups of water
½ cup of sugar
Other materials
2 sb of butter / butter
The ways ~

Bahan-bahan
4 keping roti (dipotong kecil)
3/4 cwn susu cair
1/2 cwn air
2 biji telur
1/3 cwn susu pekat
1 sk esen vanila
3 cwn air (untuk larutan agar-agar)
10gm serbuk agar-agar
1/2 cwn gula
2 sb mentega
1 sb serbuk koko
2 sb air (untuk larutan serbuk koko)
Nota: Boleh menggunakan pewarna makanan sebagai pengganti kepada larutan serbuk koko.
Cara memasak
1. Untuk adunan agar-agar roti, kisarkan bahan seperti roti, susu cair, air, telur, susu pekat dan esen vanila sehingga sebati.
2. Seterusnya, panaskan air di dalam kuali dan masukkan serbuk agar-agar, gaulkan sehingga semua menjadi larut.
3. Masukkan pula gula ke dalam larutan agar-agar dan gaulkan sehingga semuanya larut.
4. Kemudian, tuangkan adunan roti tadi ke dalam larutan agar-agar dan gaulkan sebati.
5. Masukkan pula mentega dan gaulkannya sehingga semuanya larut.
6. Untuk larutan serbuk koko, campurkan serbuk koko bersama air dan gaulkan sebati.
7. Setelah itu, tuangkan adunan ke dalam beberapa mangkuk untuk diisikan larutan serbuk koko. Gaulkan ia sehingga sebati.
8. Kemudian, tuangkan adunan yang telah diwarnakan ke dalam loyang dan corakkannya.
9. Akhir sekali, agar-agar perlu disejukkan di dalam peti sejuk semalaman atau sehingga menjadi pejal.
10. Agar-agar roti coklat siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients
4 pcs bread (cut into smaller size)
3/4 cup of evaporated milk
1/2 cup of water
2 nos eggs
1/3 cup of condensed milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence
3 cup of water (for pudding mixture)
10gm agar-agar powder
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp of water (for cocoa mixture)
Note: You can replace cocoa powder with any food coloring.
Cooking methods
1. For bread pudding mixture, add bread, evaporated milk, water, eggs, condensed milk and vanilla essence, blend it well using blender.
2. Next, heat water inside a pan and add agar-agar powder, stir until dissolved.
3. Add sugar into agar-agar mixture and stir until all dissolved.
4. Then, pour the bread pudding mixture into agar-agar mixture and stir it.
5. Add butter and stir until all dissolved.
6. For cocoa mixture, combined cocoa powder with water and stir well.
7. Next, pour bread agar pudding mixture into several bowl to color it with cocoa powder mixture. Stir well.
8. Then, pour colored mixture into mold and swirls it.
9. Lastly, agar-agar need to be chilled in refrigerator overnight or until it firms.
10. Chocolate bread agar pudding is ready to be served.

18x18cm 方形模具
280g 高筋粉(夢之力高筋粉)
28g 白砂糖
4g 鹽(我用了打幼的海鹽)
210g 牛奶(北海道3.6生乳)
10G 煉乳
4g 乾酵母(耐高糖)
28g 無鹽牛油(總統)
出爐表面塗
15g 牛油
1.牛奶煉乳酵母混合
2.乾性材料混合,再興作法1混合
3.放桌上搓(約8分鐘)
4.加入28g牛油
5.搓至光滑,放溫暖的地方初發酵約兩倍大
6.排氣,分16顆,初步滾圓
7.鬆弛15分鐘
8.再次滾圓至表面光滑放入模具
9.放溫暖的地方第2次發酵約兩倍大
10.170度入爐17~20分
11.表面塗上牛油
12.拍照後可進食

For Toppings:
15g Butter

1.mix milk/condensed milk/dry yeast
2.mix dry ingredients,then add it to 1 and mix.
3.Put it on the table and knead. (about 8mins)
4.Add butter and knead more. (about 6mins)
5.Leave it at a warm place until it gets twice as bigger. (primary fermentation
6.Divide 16 pieces ,first roll
7.Rest 15 mins
8.After resting, roll it smooth again,put them on the square mould
9. leave it at a warm place until they get twice as bigger. (secondary fermentation)
10.Bake it in the preheated oven (170°C) for about 17~20 mins.
11.Coat the bread with melted butter
12.Take photo and Taste it
