These pretty bottles of @goldenbirdnest have been a part of my pregnancy and now, my postpartum recovery. Aside from the fact that it is really nice to drink (seriously so yummy!), bird nest carries many health benefits such as enhancing cell-mediated immunity, strengthen heart functionality, and stimulate regeneration of cells, which in turn improves skin elasticity and complexion among others! I took bird nest for both my pregnancies by slow-cooking bird nest in a pot, but with @lucasjedng I could consume them more consistently thanks to the small and convenient packaging of @goldenbirdnest. I’d slip a bottle of bird nest into my handbag and take it in the car while dropping Tyler to school. Love that it’s super convenient 💙
