IRONMAN Taiwan 和 IRONMAN 70.3 Taiwan 原訂3月和4月的比賽接連改期，非常時期做的任何決定都很關鍵，非常感謝台灣鐵人公司即時的公告，原本有安排週期訓練的鐵人雖然沒有比賽了，但保持身體健康，之後還有很多機會。沒有規律訓練、臨時抱佛腳的鐵人，剛好有更多的時間可以好好的安排一下訓練計畫(不要再混啦)
游泳不好的可以找游泳教練
騎車不舒服的可以找Bike fitting
跑步弱的可以找跑團和教練
身體有傷的趁這個機會好好休養
三項都弱的趕快找個鐵人教練
只是懶惰的...至少戴口罩勤洗手做個佛系鐵人🙈
我原本安排的參賽計畫已經三場取消和延期了，
接下來四月的比賽還是未知數，未來的事沒人說的準

【 賽事延期公告 】
原訂2020年4月11-12日假澎湖舉辦之「 IRONMAN Taiwan 澎湖國際鐵人賽 」及「 IRONKIDS 澎湖小鐵人賽 」，為配合政府新型冠狀病毒之疫情控制，由於將有超過千名選手及家屬需搭乘飛機到澎湖，為顧慮到參與選手、家屬親友、合作夥伴及所有工作人員的健康安全，經與 IRONMAN總部和相關單位審慎評估後，決定將賽事延期。

🔸 IRONKIDS-澎湖 延期至2021年3月20日(六)
2020年的報名資格和加購項目 (FinisherPix)， 都會自動轉移至2021年，若無法參加而選擇要退費的選手，請於2020年3月15日(日)前上退費網站申請全額退費。 ( 含8%手續費及加購項目，退費流程大約需14個工作日 ， 2020年3月15日(日)後將不再受理申請。)
**已於2020年1月31日(五)前申請賽事退費者，將不符合此規範。
**透過團體報名之選手，請洽原團報單位辦理退費，若有額外加購項目( Ex:finisherPix拍照費用 ) 亦須填寫退費網址申請退費。(2020年3月15日(日)後將不再受理申請)

【 Race Deferrals 】
As has been well publicized, the World Health Organization has declared a public health emergency of international concern as it relates to the global impact of the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
In alignment with the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control (CDC) protocol, and with athlete health and safety being an utmost priority, IRONMAN Officials have decided to postpone the 2020 IRONMAN Taiwan triathlon to 21 March, 2021.

🔸 IRONKIDS in Penghu defers to 20 March, 2021
All registered athletes of the 2020 IRONMAN Taiwan and 2020 IRONKIDS in Penghu will have their race registration automatically deferred to the new race date. If you are unable to attend the event on 20-21 March, 2021, you can apply for a full refund of your current race registration and additional purchases here:

The refund arrangement would take about 14 business days. Applications for full race refunds must be made no later than 15 March, 2020 and will not be accepted after this date.
Due to the current situation, IRONMAN officials recommend registered athletes contact their travel providers immediately to advise them of your situation.
