Isobel and Iman bakes Fudgy Brownies using a DIY Kit prepared by @Boxtivity. The idea behind Boxtivity began when head baker, Ima from Syzcake bakery Syzcake, spent time with her daughter Inara at home, during the Covid Lockdown.

"When you are new to baking, it can be really frustrating to search recipes (so many online....how to choose?) and the right ingredients.We collaborated with Syzcake Bakery to develop Boxtivity. Each of our recipes are specially curated and created with love and care to provide you with the best baking experience" - Ima

Baking Kits consists of all the ingredients required depending on the package you choose, a step-by-step baking instruction recipe card as well as a QR code for video instructions. You only need butter and eggs (which was provided to us for this session)

There's also Vanilla Cupcake with Buttercream Frosting, Congo Bars and Chocolate Cupcake with Buttercream Frosting.

🎂Passionfruit Chocolate Cake🎂 Any passionfruit fans out there🙌🏼 I didn’t want to pair passionfruit with a vanilla based cake so I went ahead with Chocolate and it kinda worked!

The best part about making this cake is frosting it!!! (SAY WHAT?)Let’s just say I have enough of smooth frosting.. Went ahead with messy strokes using whatever colors of buttercream I had left. Yellow and greenish blue it was! Yay or Nay? Lazy Bakers, you’ll appreciate this🙏🏼

What’s your favorite cupcake in the UK? I’m sure a lot of you guys would be answering Hummingbird! Yeah i absolutely agree ( Their vanilla is the best!) BUT will also need to add in another name for you here, that’s Peggy Porschen! I strongly reco The middle one “Banoffee Cupcake”. It is truly amazing, the texture is just right - there’s even a caramel oozing from the middle.
