🇬🇧Heard about this famous gelato place @albero.th for quite some time that It’s one of the best! Finally I get to try 😃 I chose ‘Ferraro Rocher’ & ‘Yogurt’ flavor. Ferraro is exactly the same as Ferraro chocolate - the texture and everything! Not too sweet when having it with Yogurt flavor. Yogurt flavor is nice as well tasting just like a yogurt coming out straight from the fridge. Both have a super silky smooth texture. Overall, another awesome gelato place in Bangkok you should try! @sugarcraver

#ออนเบชี้เป้า 💘

อาหาร Italian แท้ๆ ในบรรยากาศอบอุ่นๆ ตอบโจทย์ Wine Lover โดยเชฟชาว Italian จัดเต็มยกคอร์สในราคาเบาๆ 1,800++ บาท 🇮🇹

เมื่ออาทิตย์ก่อนออนได้มีโอกาสไปทานดินเนอร์ที่ร้าน Enoteca Bangkok มาค่ะ โดยร้านนี้เป็นร้านอาหาร Italian แท้ๆ อยู่ที่สุขุมวิท 27 นี่เอง ซึ่งครั้งนี้เป็นการมาซ้ำเป็นครั้งที่สองของออนแล้ว

จะบอกว่าร้านนี้เป็นอีกหนึ่ง Hidden Gem เลย
เพราะเค้าเปิดมาตั้งแต่ปี 2004 แต่หลายๆคนอาจจะยังไม่เคยได้ยิน ไม่รู้จัก ไม่คุ้นหู เพราะลูกค้าส่วนมากจะเป็นชาวต่างชาติ ดังนั้นคนไทยจะน้อยหน่อยนั่นเอง

สำหรับใครชอบกินอาหารที่มีความ Award Winning ทั้งหลาย ร้านนี้ก็ไม่ทำให้ผิดหวังนะคะ เพราะ Enoteca เคยได้รับรางวัลกับ Birra Moretti โดยได้ตำแหน่งรองชนะเลิศ The best Authentic Italian restaurant in Asia & Australasia ในปี 2011 ค่ะ 🏆

สำหรับรอบนี้ออนมาลอง New Tasting Menu
ที่ราคาน่ารัก แต่กินอิ่ม เหมาะมากที่จะมาทานในโอกาสพิเศษ หรือใครอยากลองหาอาหาร Italian ราคาดีๆทานดู

⭐️ Petite Appetizers
- มี Mini Croissant พร้อมก้อนกลมๆที่หน้าตาคล้าย Black Truffle แต่จริงๆ น้องเป็น Cheese พร้อมด้วย Olive Oil และตามด้วยซุปอะไรซักอย่าง (ลืมแล้ว) แต่อร่อยมากกกกก

⭐️ Fresh Hokkaido Sea urchin, Wagyu beef tartare, tobiko fish eggs
- จานนี้ยกให้เป็น Highlight ของคอร์สนี้เลยค่ะ ออนชอบมากกกก ฟินมากกกกก เค้าเป็น Uni สดๆ มายกตัวจาก Hokkaido พร้อมด้วย Beef Tartare หรือเนื้อดิบ และท็อปด้วยไข่ปลานั่นเอง วิธีการกินคือ..เทรวมกัน คลุก และกิน โอ้โหหหหหห สุด คือครบรสอะ ความครีมมี่ของ Uni ความฉ่ำของ Beef Tartare ความเค็มนิดๆของไข่ปลา คือดีมากกกกกกกกกก

⭐️ Gnocchi porcini mushroom and sea scallop
- เส้น Gnocchi ที่เสิร์ฟมาพร้อมกับ Porcini Mushroom และ Scallop หรือหอยเชลล์แร่บางๆ โดยรวมจานนี้รสชาติดีนะ หอยเชลล์สด เวลากินคือมี Texture แต่ตัวเส้น Gnocchi นิ่มไปนิดนึงงงง ออนจะชอบกินแบบหนึบหนับกว่านี้หน่อย

⭐️ Roasted Venison striploin, polenta
- จานที่ไม่คาดคิดว่าในคอร์สนี้จะมีให้ ก็คือ “เนื้อกวาง” นั่นเองค่ะ ส่วนตัวออนไม่ค่อยกินเนื้อกวาง (ถ้าจำไม่ผิด กินล่าสุดคือที่ London เมื่อ 3 ปีก่อน ที่ Clos Maggiore) เพราะออนเป็นคนชอบอะไรติดมันเยอะๆ แต่เนื้อกวางจะค่อนข้างลีน มันน้อย แต่ที่นี่ทำออกมาได้นุ่ม ไม่เหนียว ไม่มีกลิ่นคาว กินคู่กับ Polenta ได้ฟีลเหมือนกินกับมันบดละมุนๆ

⭐️ Watermelon and whipped cream
- แตงโม แตงโม แตงโมมมมมม! จานนี้เป็น Pre-dessert ที่เรียบง่ายแต่ดีงาม หลักๆคือน้องเป็นแตงโม โปะด้วย Whipped cream แบบแน่นๆ เวลากินจะได้ Texture หยาบๆของแตงโม แต่มีความหวาน พร้อมความละมุน ครีมมี่ของ Whipped cream เป็นจานล้างปาก ก่อนกินของหวานจริงๆ

- ปิดท้ายกันไปกับของหวานจานนี้ ใครเป็นสาย Chocolate แบบเจ้มจ้นน่าจะถูกใจ! 72% chocolate fondente เข้มข้น ไม่หวาน เสิร์ฟพร้อมไอศกรีม กินคู่กันคือดี อร่อย

โดยรวมถือว่าเป็นร้านอาหาร Italian ที่เรียบง่าย ไม่หวือหวา แต่รสชาติดีที่อยากแนะนำเลยค่ะ ปีก่อนออนไปช่วง Black Truffle Season คือฟินมากกกกกกก Truffle จุกๆเน้นๆทุกจาน ดังนั้นใครอยากไปลองทาน ก็สามารถไปสั่ง Tasting Menu แบบที่ออนทาน หรือจะไปสั่งแบบ A-La-Carte ก็ได้นะคะ ที่สำคัญที่นี่เค้าขึ้นชื่อเรื่องไวน์มากกกก มี Wine list เป็นร้อยรายการให้เลือกเลย

FRAGRANCES MENTIONED
-Black No.1 by House of Matriarch- Most unique leather scent on the market. Comprise of authentic smelling black leather mix with over 300 others ingredient, makes this fragrance truly for lovers of high perfumeries.

-Albatross by House of Matriarch- An enticing marine fragrance. Drift wood and Cork notes adds an air of exoticism, creating a fragrance that truly feel like the deep blue ocean. You’ve never smelled anything like it, and neither did I.

-Devotion by House of Matriarch- This one reminds me of the Egyptian Pharaoh. Devotion pays homage to the beginning of perfumery. It’s Frankincense and Myrrh blends to perfection to create an undeniably luxurious, powerful, and touching olfactory experience.

-Sex Magic by House of Matriarch- Easily one of my most favorite nights-out fragrance on the planet. Made with 13 different types of Cedar wood, this scent is very aromatic and well blended. Sexy is an understatement, Sex Magic truly deserves to be in everyone’s collection.

-Kazimi by House of Matriarch- This one takes you on a wild rollercoaster ride of exotic roses. Nothing like any rose scent you’ve ever smelled. Utterly romantic and special. Enticing in all the right ways. Kazimi, the rose interpretation of the Garden of Eden.

-Sucre Tabac Sucre- Smells authentically like double apple shisha you’ll find at a high-end hookah bar. Very interesting scent, reminds me of times spent with friends at those locations. Very nostalgic.

-Beaver by Zoologist- My favorite woody/ashy fragrance. This one evokes a sense of pure confident every time I wear it. Feels like it was made especially for me. Great scent, my favorite from the house of Zoologist.

-Salt Caramel by Shay and Blue London- Sweet caramelized popcorn. This is an adorably delicious fragrance. My first time smelling it I instantly fell in love. A must have fragrance for any gourmand lovers.

-L’Air Du Desert Marocain by Andy Tauer- The strength of the Moroccan dessert. This one is a daring but artistic master piece, worthy of being in the hall of fame of fragrances. Spices, vetiver, warm dry dessert air. Simply incredible.

-Coco Blanc by House of Matriarch- My all-time favorite gourmand fragrance, and also quickly becoming my most favorite fragrance. Made with white chocolate, vanilla, spices, and sandalwood, Coco Blanc is an insanely delectable scent that’s very hard not to fall in love with.
