As a Hongkie 🇭🇰 , I feel ashamed that I have only come to know this 🥡Chaa Chaan Tang called Victoria Noodle Restaurant 維記茶餐廳 ☕ few weeks ago. Located right next to Chatswood Chase (behind some butchers and fish stalls), it's the most authentic HK-style cafe in Sydney so far 👍 !

Compared to Hong Kong Chaa Chaan Tang 香港茶餐廳🍚, it's slightly pricier but they have more street food style food like beef tripes 牛雜 🐮, curry fish ball 咖哩魚蛋, lettuce w fish cakes 生菜魚肉 🐠 , cart noodles 車仔面 🍜, etc

We tried this corned beef + fried egg 🍳+ pineapple bun and it was freaking amazing! The sweetness from the bun and the savouriness from the processed meat was the best combo. The only thing I was hoping for was the crunchiness from the top of the bun and they may want to put a little bit more corned beef in it :) Overall, it was still delicious and comforting indeed!😋
