今天是2016東尼獎 (Tony Awards) 頒獎典禮, 入圍16項創紀錄的 "漢密爾頓" (Hamilton), 是一齣關於美國開國元勳、美國憲法起草人Alexander Hamilton的音樂劇, 融合了爵士、嘻哈、藍調和百老匯。

本劇的創始和靈魂人物 Lin-Manuel Miranda, 同時編劇作詞譜曲, 也是2008年描繪紐約拉丁裔族群音樂劇 "In the Heights" 的同一位創作者。在昨晚美國發生奧蘭多槍擊案後, Lin-Manuel Miranda用一首自己的十四行詩作為得獎致詞, 相信讓所有藝術工作者和大眾都感同身受：
「愛就是愛就是愛就是愛, 愛永遠無法被抹煞或噤聲。讓我們一起用音樂、愛和尊嚴填滿這個世界！」
