能夠係工餘時間 做到自己想做又有興趣既事 都算係咁
雖然同老婆呢5年幾黎相隔二千幾公里
但係我地都有各自唔同既里程碑
以下落黎係我老婆嘅千字文(利申 冇數過幾多個字)

終於完成左呢個大project—朋友嘅結婚蛋糕。呢刻同朋友一樣如釋重負，放下心頭大石，好想記低呢個milestone。
第一次做正式on-site assembly, 仲要一黎就做個難度更高嘅架空design，唔係普通3層（其實都未整過3層真蛋糕，最多2層），真係唔錯得計算要好準確，唔想同唔可以冧。去到現場發現張蛋糕枱係bar height比一般枱高，張枱又有d高低不平搖搖地，做stacking難度又再增加，要托住個蛋糕上櫈，仲要係buttercream唔係糖皮，即係手指㩒下都會爛，又上上落落好多次先完成到。砌好之後又要修飾返d 砌時整嘅defect，仲要凌空插埋糖皮花同頭頂裝飾（其實係我太緊張，唔記得加埋花同裝飾先放佢上去，不過加埋花同裝飾先砌其實又係容易整爛脆弱嘅糖花, 有辣有唔辣）。一路砌一路D waiters waiteresses圍住睇，又讚好靚又以為我係蛋糕師同我傾計問我個蛋糕點整好想學幾錢同幾他蛋糕野，又自動幫手睇位，遞水遞紙巾飲管真係多謝佢地。其間有d唔識嘅newlywed親朋戚友走過嚟讚好靚同話辛苦晒，我忙到一頭煙都唔知佢哋係邊位，成件事好搞笑，令我relax左。開席前d小朋友走黎走去，又大叫「個蛋糕好靚係真架，我想食」，真係好驚佢地跑跑跳跳撞冧佢，好彩waiter幫我guard 住。
Upon march in and speech, 4 waiters 搬成張蛋糕枱上台（佢地話平時只係2個，但呢個咁高難度要多2個磅住）and newlywed切蛋糕前個刻撞到張枱，緊張到成個心都停止左😱🤦🏼♀️。第一次親眼見睇住其他人切我嘅製成品，真係好感動，成個experience好難忘。成長片段係beautiful in white, which was also my wedding song. 呢首歌完全對我係有classicial conditioning嘅作用，每次一聽到第二句已經喊，今次都一樣，miss you so much dear! 到serve cake個時，聽到d兄弟姊妹食左話好味，同newlywed影相時又係話好味，佢話d waiter知係朋友做main course都唔比佢直接比佢食蛋糕，呢刻完全放下心頭大石。最終係又緊張又搞笑又喊嘅情況底下為我個大project完美畫上句號。
成個蛋糕除咗個牌同玻璃盒裝飾之外，其他都係我親手整同食得落肚，包括糖花葉同最頂個2塊粉紅色裝飾。蛋糕分別係最底層迷迭香朱古力西柚蛋糕，粉紅色伯爵茶桂花紅豆白玉buttercream蛋糕, 最高白色小山園抹茶蜜糖柚子白玉蛋糕。成個蛋糕做左4個全日加幾晚放工後嘅時間去做。用家用廚房雪櫃焗爐做出professional wedding cake感覺，好有成就感同滿足感。其實因為pandemic呢個wedding延遲左幾次，由本來我比較得閒嘅月份延遲到我嘅peak season，再加上其他因素，其實對我呢d業餘又要返工嘅人黎講，要一手一腳買料，焗同砌唔夠時間去做，唔同平時professional cake shop已經預備好晒d standardized料同餡製作起黎容易快好多。中間想放棄，好彩都堅持住去做，最終都成功做到左令自己無遺憾。臨瞓前同老公pillow talk, 我地都覺得如果我地結婚個時我都識整，就算搞婚禮好攰要休息多啲，我都會唔理咁多堅持整自己嘅結婚蛋糕（因為同裝修一樣我要求比較高同奄尖—即係麻煩）。好開心得到咁多讚賞，一直以黎除左小朋友蛋糕，都好想做多d elegant蛋糕，其待下一次嘅挑戰💪🏻。Thank you my fd for trusting me❤️

又是星期一了😂馬上得轉換成上班心情！週末才東玩西玩，星期六跟Mr.櫻慶祝結婚紀念日，星期日與四位貓友們同遊翠綠色的伯倫陶湖Bluntauseen！現在得迅速轉換成研究模式乖乖待在實驗室上班(趕快把大腦調回來)。

藏在Golling小鎮的伯倫陶湖Bluntauseen好美好翠綠！這次從早晨太陽藏在山後等到太陽出來，湖面結了一層薄薄白色的水霧～好美好夢幻，每次去都有不同的驚喜❤️樹葉也漸漸在轉色！

網路無國界，在世界各地處處都有行動力超強的貓友們，不遠千里來相見！貓兒窩在家裡用鍵盤與照片紀錄著吃喝玩樂日記而認識這麼多親切的朋友～好高興有這樣的緣分，感恩🙏謝謝！

Oh... Monday is back! So we have to get ready for work again, which is especially hard after a nice weekend. On Saturday Mr. Sakura and I visited Mattsee, and on Sunday four friends and I went to beautiful Bluntausee, which is famous for its emerald green coloured lake.

This time we arrived early and there was a thin white fog over the lake surface. Later, when the sun came out, the fog was gone and the water colour became even shinier. A snowboarding/skiing trip can be so much fun as an international couple!
We went to Winghills Shiratori Resort in Gifu for a day of skiing and snowboarding in Japan.
It was way to warm and soon the snow turned into a white soup. Still, we manage to have a lot of fun!
