【 卓靈自瑜 Vol. 1 】

2021年2月14日，年初三，情人節。第十天在酒店隔離。

從一月中到現在，一直為《#狂舞派3》馬不停蹄地宣傳，身體和內心不時叫嚷：「想做瑜伽⋯⋯需要瑜伽⋯⋯」直到最近，前期宣傳終於差不多告一段落，【#卓靈K房】ft. BabyJohn 也終於擁護到它面世。

這夜，就來點 Self Love，新年一自「瑜」。

我喜歡在昏暗的燈光下練習Restorative Yoga。這也是為什麼這條我人生中第一條放上YouTube的瑜伽片畫面這麼noisy：P 真的是一場非常即興，而且私人的紀錄。老實說，連要不要拍我也掙扎許久，因為於我而言，瑜伽的傳遞，需要面對面交流。所以，這次的紀錄，算是一次實驗吧！看我日後能不能慢慢找到一個平衡點。Anyway，希望我這條自習瑜伽的影片，可以為你帶來一些平穩的能量吧！（例如能讓你入睡 ;D ）

The third day in Lunar New Year.
Grateful Valentine's Day.
Quarantine day 10.

Have been busy doing promotions for the Hong Kong movie: #TheWayWeKeepDancing since Jan. My body & mind had been murmuring, "I want Yoga...... I need Yoga...... " Until recently the pre-promotions have almost come to an end, I'd also finished producing [Cherry's Karaoke Room] ft. BabyJohn—

So tonight, let's make some Self-Love. New Year Yoga.

I love practicing Restorative Yoga in dimmed space. That's why this very first Yoga Practice video of mine is visually noisy 😛 This is a very spontaneous, even personal documentary. To be honest, I struggled a lot about documenting this because for me, the transmission of Yoga is a kind of energy communication, which works best when face-to-face. So this video would be an experiment for me, see if I can figure out a balanced way to communicate Yoga with you all along the journey. Anyway, hope this video can bring you some steady & calm energy! (The best effect is to fall asleep ;D)

Our weekend be liked 🌸 petals and ☀️ sunshine with this babydoll 👶🏻, went to explore @ourtampineshub and saw the beautiful decors, must say it’s so effort made!

And we borrowed some books at the Tampines library, so amazed that within the Lib there was a huge playground too! And it’s only $10! Nowadays libraries no longer a plc for reading quietly, there’s so many comfy areas with cushion seats too! #impressed

Before the day ends, we ate our sushi and head for a impromptu movie night watching back at @waterway_point!

As much as the animation was really cute with a glimpse of how the little souls before life may seem, it seems liked a great movie to do some soul searching in ourselves. What’s the purpose in life, whether it’s to achieve something or just to take in life as it is. I’m always trying to appreciate every single bit of life, it’s not easy to educate our kids about it but it’s good to led them to slow things down in life and take a step back to do so. But every thing Starts with you.. tho..

Come back to the topic of - Do you eat to live or live to eat? No prize for guessing mine. ☺️🤤
