Tonight’s Dins ~ Baked Balsamic Honey Chicken with salad following Annie Xavier Kitchen recipe. I improvised a bit and instead of creamy mashed potatoes I replaced it with salad. 🥰🥰

Ingredients
2pcs Chicken Thighs
30ml Balsamic Vinegar
1tbsp Cooking Oil
1tsp Sugar
1tsp Salt
1tsp Dried Oregano
1tsp tbsp Mixed Cayenne
1 clove Chopped Garlic

Methods
1. Marinate the chicken thighs with the marination sauce and leave it for 15mins
2. Baked the chicken in preheated the oven 200°C for 20mins or until the chicken skin starts to turn brown, and reduce the temperature to 150°C and continue to bake for another 5mins to crisp the chicken skin.

8 Ingredients:
Kale
Avocado
Capsicum or Tomatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Zucchini
Quinoa
Chicken Tenderloins
Sardines
Recipe 1 - Kale with Chicken
Stir fry the chopped capsicums with some oil, then add the kale, sweet potatoes/or your favourite vegetables. Chop up some avocado and add the chicken tenderoin. You can heat up your chicken tenderloins before serving.
Recipe 2 - Chicken with Sweet potatoes, Quinoa and capsicums
For this recipe. I like to readdress that my quinoa is cooked with some grass fed butter and salt. Sometimes I add herbs, hot sauce, or lemon. I change it up quite a bit. Quinoa is quite tasteless on its own so you'll need to season it!
Recipe 3 - Sardines with Zucchini Noodles
These sardines are cooked with tomato paste. I just add a bit of water to heat it up so its more saucy. Remember to add salt as well!
Recipe 4 - Quinoa Salad Bowl
You can use any proteins you like. Add all your favourite vegetables. Add some lemon juice, or balsamic vinegar, or oil. Make sure you add some sort of dressing! It will be quite plain without any dressings
Recipe 5 - Zucchini Noodles with Chicken.
I personally like to have this with pesto. You can just buy those from the groceries so you don't have to make them if you are a very busy person! If not you can try this avocado dressing.
I have half an avocado, a lemon, olive oil, salt and hot sauce in there. Just process it. You can add some herbs and nuts as well so it's even more tasty!
That's all the recipes. The ingredients are all really easy to prep. Those are my take to prepping my ingredients. You can make teriyaki chicken, or lemon and herb chicken. Change it up so you don't get bored!

☆ Breakfast Wrap:
I've made two portions in this video. For single portion you'll need:
2 egg whites
1 egg
A splash of almond milk (Add that to the eggs so that its a little more fluffy)
1 wrap
spinach
sundried tomatoes
mushrooms
salt and pepper
I didn't measure my vegetables so just add as much or as little as you want! Add your favourite vegetables, fresh tomatoes, capsicums, etc..
You can make a few more and store it in the fridge for one or two days for the next few days! Just a tip, your ingredients have to be quite dry because the wrap will be all soggy!

The instruction is very simple! Just add some water and egg whites to the mix and bake it in the oven.
☆ Balsamic Chicken Bake:
2kg Chicken thigh (Skinless and fat trimmed)
700g Potatoes
250g Cherry Tomatoes
1 bunch of Broccolini
8 Sprigs of Thyme
1 Large Red Capsicum / Red Bell Pepper
Some Sage Leaves (I think its around 50g) completely optional
2 Red Onions
6 Cloves of Garlic
Garlic Granules
Salt
Pepper
Balsamic Dressing:
1/3 cup of balsamic vinegar (you can use 1/2 cup if you it more tasty)
3 Tbs of Olive Oil
I added a splash of Maple Syrup. You can add 3 Tablespoons if you want it more sweet!
Bake chicken thighs, potatoes, thyme, onions and garlic first. Season with salt and pepper and pour in the dressing. In the last 10 minutes add all the vegetables. All up 40 minutes at 200 Degree Celsius/390 Degree Fahrenheit
