在我家附近的Walmart停車場, 常會有一些人跟人家要錢, 說他們的車有問題, 家裡出事....等等理由, 這些大部份都是騙人的。
所以今天當我要進Walmart的時候, 有一個陌生女生一開口就跟我說: "先生不好意思, 請問你有沒有辦法......."的時候,
我就馬上說: "不好意思, 我身上沒有現金”
陌生女生: "喔, 我不是想問你有沒有辦法給我一點現金, 我是想問你有沒有辦法買一瓶牛奶給我兒子。"
我往下一看, 發現這個女生原來有個9個月歲的小baby! 結果我就買了一瓶牛奶給小baby, 然後順便給媽媽一點錢。我該沒被騙了吧？哈哈 oh well... 就算我被騙了我相信他們比我還需要這瓶牛奶，那些錢。希望他們會OK。🙏
so at the Walmart near my house there's always people in the parking lot running these scams where they say something like their car has broken down, their ride didn't show up, purse was stolen, etc., and then proceed to ask if you can break them off a lil bit of cash. so when i was going into Walmart tonight and a girl by the door came up to me and said, "excuse me sir, can i ask you...", i immediately said, "i'm sorry, i don't have any cash on me." the girl then points downward and says, "oh, i wasn't gonna ask you for cash. i was wondering if you could buy some milk for my son." i look down and in her shopping cart is a lil 9 month old baby boy! so i went in and bought the milk she asked for while she waited outside. i also broke her off a little bit of money. did i just fall for some kinda elaborate scam? haha oh well... even if i did, i have a feeling they need this bottle of milk and that lil bit of money more than i do. i hope they're ok. 🙏
