位於佛羅里達的Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo是聖達菲大學內部教授動物園管理專業學程的場所，但同時也是獲得AZA認證的動物園，並且作為生態教育、保育教育的推廣基地向民眾開放。

有鑑於4月是美國的自閉症意識及接受月(Autism Awareness and Acceptance Month)，以共創更具包容力的社區為目標，動物園與KultureCity合作，在4/26-30日的下午兩點至四點提供內含降噪耳機、紓壓小物、文字提示卡等配備的sensory bag，並規劃「寧靜區域」給有相關需求的來客。另外，UF蓋恩斯維爾自閉症及相關障礙中心的員工也會在動物園內部設點提供專業諮詢及幫助。

Santa Fe College Teaching Zoo的案例讓我想到台博館為了失智症患者而開立的《博物館處方箋實務手冊(https://tinyurl.com/yekl54pj)》，同樣都是立基於動物園(博物館)是社區的一份子、有責任去主動營造更友善的參觀體驗，並與相關專業機構一同規劃出考量到受眾需求、可實際執行的流程，而非僅止於紙上談兵。
在遊客體驗上，動物園不該先是設計出一個並不「友善」的建築或策展概念再外插上解決方案，而是應該在提案初期就將不同的需求納入考量。
畢竟，若是存在一個於開發階段就考量到多方需求並加以兼容優化、去蕪存菁的瀏覽器(同時還是由具社會影響力的行業大佬主動提出)，沒有使用者會青睞一個只能在事後額外加裝許多擴充補丁，本體卻毫無長進的。
