🌟🌟 The 🦐 Sambal Tumis Prawns with Petai Stinky Sato beans HKD $158, is by far the best version I have eaten in Hong Kong. The 'Petai beans' were refreshing yet smelly, pungent, u can still feel it as u visit the washroom afterwards like a good old organic Green Asparagus 😷🤣🤣
🌟🌟 Ayam Buah Keluak 🐔 $168, is also super well done here 😍😍😍. Full of fragrance & layerings, the Indonesian black nut depth was addictive, u can also almost taste the Bay Leaf 🍃 in the background & Kaffir Lime leaves refreshing zing. The only reason why I didn't give this 3 🌟🌟🌟 is because even though I have lived in Malaysia b4, I wonder how other natives from Singapore or Malaysia, Indonesia would rate this to their knowledge 😋
🌟🌟 Beef Rendang $148. The Drier type, again, relatively speaking this is probably the best or Top 2-3 I have ever eaten in Hong Kong. Having said that? I have had better in S.E.A & some Indonesian shops in HK also make a killer version just different, but it will be hard to judge unless u compare side by side in a blind taste
🔸Nyonya Fish Head Curry 娘惹咖哩魚頭 $388. This is one dish I don't know how to rate. Using a 白花魚 here. The Curry gravy 🥘 is flavorful by itself. Yet my exposure to this dish is usually towards the Malaysian-Indian versions, which can be freakishly spicy sometimes rather than mild here, especially when I am used to eating some in East Malaysia side 🇲🇾 more. So I am not sure if I know enough about their diff varieties to gauge, but I feel like the Curry can infiltrate into the fish flesh even more, or perhaps because it is prepared artisanally here it's fresher, but ideally sometimes it works better when after storing overnight ! 😬

BLW iaitu Baby Led Weaning,berbeza dengan Traditional Weaning(TW)
TW biasanya menyuap baby dan offer finger food(ff) kepada baby apabila mereka boleh menggigit. First food bagi TW ialah puree ataupun bubur.
BLW cara lain, kita terus offer makanan solid kepada kanak². Bagi mereka pegang untuk makan, explore berbezaan setiap makanan, belajar cara gigit.
BLW bukan bermaksud "baby eat by himself" saja. Misi nya nak bina keyakinan baby, train hand-eye coordinate, train muscle mulu, try berbagai texture makanan dengan tangan, koordinasi mata tangan dan mulut yang baik dan boleh dilihat mengambil dan memasukkan makanan ke mulut dengan sendiri,etc... Banyak manfaat untuk perkembangan kanak²

*Saya bagi anak start BLW bila dia umur 6 bulan. Masa tu dia dah duduk dengan tegak,saya juga insert cushion dalam baby chair. Jiga nak ikat baby dengan tuala, please tinggal ruang untuk baby, in case mereka gagging.

➡️Menbezakan antara Gagging & Choking

❤️Gag:muka merah, batuk, ngagis, reflex muntah. Let baby handle, tidak perlu process Heimlich maneuver.
💙Choke:Muka dah biru, tidak boleh bernafas, tidal dapat bersuara. Baby need Heimlich maneuver.
Gagging adalah reflek dari tubuh bayi untuk mengeluarkan makanan. Baby boleh handle it. Asalnya kita offer makanan yang betul, peluang choking sangat lendah.

Ada beberapa gang of BLW:
➡️Offer makanan asal saja, tak added gula + garam, 1 type of food each meals
➡️Asal nya size / type of makanan sesuai untuk baby,tidak care about makanan tu mudah menyebab sensitive ke tak, asal nya baby mampu mengiggit.
➡️Makan makanan dewasa, offer makanan yang sesuai mereka dari makanan dewasa, tida special prepared untuk mereka.
For Malaysian style, biasanya kita bagi sayur² rebus, one type of food each time. Tak recommend bagi buah²,sebab taste buah² sedap, biar baby makan yang kurang sedap punya sayuran dulu 😂
Bila baby berumur 8 bulan , kita offer daging & ayam, no added geram & gula sebelum umur 1 tahun. (Ini cara anak saya, tapi not good enough, baby dah boleh makan chicken rebus at start , daging boleh provide iron for baby)
Jika keluarga anda tiada record sensitif kepada makanan, kita boleh offer baby makan apa² saja, asal nya texture+size+type of makanan tu sesuai untuk keupayaan dia.
(Jika baby mudah sensitif degan makanan, please bagi satu type of makanan setiap kali, in case baby allergic, kita pun tahu)

- potato, sweet potato, squash: cut in wedges, can leave some skin

- cherry tomato:cut in 1/2 lengthwise
🙋 Buah²
Cuci dan mengeluarkan biji
- apple, pear:cut 1/2 atau 1/4 ataupun in ring. Masa baby start blw boleh rubus dulu, bila baby handle well boleh offer whole as-is
- avocado, pineapple, melon:cut in wedges
- nectarine, apricots:cut in 1/2 atau 1/4
- blueberry:cut in half
- grapes:cut 1/2 lengthwise
- strawberry, raspberry:whole as-is
- banana:whole as-is,can cut in 1/2 lengthwise
🙋 pasta
- tak ya beli small size "baby pasta",boleh offer normal size : conchiglioni, fusilli, rigatoni
🙋 rice
- buat dalam rice ball shape,senang until memegang
🙋 meat
- offer in long shape atau on the bone(paha ayam)
- lamb, beef
- homemade patties
- chicken breast
- chicken leg
- chicken drumstic
🙋 bread
- cut in long shape atau triangle shape
- toast bakar easier untuk baby, less sticky
- pitta, tortilla wrap, chapatti

✅Baby Chair:bagi baby duduk untuk makan, ibu bapa tidak memegang. Boleh beli High Chair ataupun booster chair, saya guna high chair dari Ikea.
✅Bib:Boleh kumpul makanan, less messy.
✅Floor Mat/News paper:Letak atas lantai, less cleaning job.
✅Suction Plate:Biasanya tak recommend at start, sebab risau baby tak focus makanan, nak main plate saja. Tapi saya guna suction plate, sebab anak okay.

にんにく(みじん切り)1片

作り方
1. オーブンは180℃に予熱しておく。
2. クッキングシートに具材をのせて包み、周囲をしっかり折りたたむ。
3. 180℃のオーブンで20分焼いたら、完成!

Tomato Pesto Salmon
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
Parchment paper or aluminum foil, 12×18 inches
100 grams green beans
Olive oil to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
200 grams skinless salmon
2 tablespoons pesto
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up.
3. On one half, lay down the green beans. Drizzle on oil and sprinkle on salt & pepper.
4. Lay the salmon on the green beans, and spread on the pesto. Top with tomatoes.
5. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145˚F/63˚C.!
7. Enjoy!

Garlic Butter Salmon
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
Parchment paper or aluminum foil, 12×18 inches
1 white potato, thinly sliced
Salt & pepper to taste
200 grams skinless salmon
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up.
3. In a bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and parsley.
4. On one half of the parchment, lay down the potatoes. Drizzle on half of the garlic butter mixture. Add salt and pepper as desired.
5. Lay the salmon on the potatoes, and drizzle the remaining garlic butter. Add salt and pepper as desired..
6. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges.
7. Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145˚F/63˚C.
8. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

½ cup carrots, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
Olive oil to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
200 grams skinless salmon
2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
PREPARATION
1. Preheat oven to 350°F/180°C.
2. Fold the parchment paper in half, then open up.
3. On one half, lay down the broccoli and carrots. Drizzle on oil and sprinkle on salt & pepper.
4. Lay the salmon on the veggies, and pour on teriyaki sauce.
5. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges.
6. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145˚F/63˚C.

3. On one half, lay down the asparagus. Drizzle on oil and sprinkle on salt & pepper.
4. Lay the salmon on the asparagus, and add more oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Place the onion, lemon, and dill on the salmon.
6. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon, and cinch the paper together by folding it over itself along the edges.
7. Bake for 20 minutes or until internal temperature of salmon reaches 145˚F/63˚C.
8. Enjoy!
