I’m sure by now many knows that one of my comfort go to food is chicken rice. Yummy, juicy steam chicken meat, glistening, fragrant oil rice, spicy tangy cili dipping sauce and a nice warm comforting chicken soup to cleans the taste buds.. just the right taste for these wet rainy evenings .. but doing it the full traditional way is a bit taxing .. so I’m sharing a fast, fool proof way that my mom taught me. It’s fast yet still satisfyingly yummy. Today i cooking “ 1 pot steam chicken rice”
