健脾湯改善面黃
健康的人面色紅潤有光澤,那麼面色發黃代表甚麼?根據中醫理論,黃色對應脾,面黃多是受脾胃氣虛或脾虛濕阻影響,脾虛的人面色萎黃、食慾不振、胸悶、痰多、大便較稀爛,由於脾氣不暢通,體內水濕停滯,身體有如被濕毛巾裹著一樣,所以經常感覺疲倦不願動。想改善面黃宜健脾祛濕,木瓜有健脾胃、去濕舒筋的功效,亦能幫助消化,適合脾胃虛弱,容易胃脹不適人士服用;而茨實能健脾止瀉、除濕止帶、補中益氣,亦是健脾祛濕常用的食材。養好「脾氣」,好氣色自然來。
健脾祛濕湯水小貼士:
適當地添加健脾祛濕的食材如冬瓜、薏米、淮山、赤小豆等。
木瓜棕櫚果米湯
功效:健脾祛濕,紓緩面黃、胃脹、食慾差、食少腹脹等症狀。
材料:熟木瓜1個、紅蘿蔔1根、棕櫚果4塊、海玉竹15克、燕麥米水粉(一包)或1/3米杯小米
做法:
1. 所有材料洗淨,木瓜去皮去籽切大塊,紅蘿蔔去皮切大塊備用。
2. 鍋中加入2000毫升水,放入全部材料,武火煮至水滾,調文火煮1.5小時,最後下鹽調味即可。

Soup to improve complexion
A healthy person will have a bright, healthy pinkish complexion. How about those with faces that appear to be yellowish in tone? According to the Chinese Medicine theories, this has to do with the spleen, where the spleen and stomach are deficient of qi, or affected by dampness. Individuals with a weak spleen will have dull and yellowish skin, experience appetite loss, chest tightness, secretion of excessive phlegm and loose stools.
When the qi in the spleen does not circulate effectively, the dampness will be trapped in the body, as if it is wrapped by a wet towel. This is why some people are constantly tired and refuse to move. In order to improve this condition, you will need to strengthen the spleen and eliminate dampness.
Papaya can strengthen the spleen and stomach, dispel dampness, relieve the tendons and improve digestion; it is suitable for individual with a weak spleen and stomach, and those who often experience bloating. On the other hand, fox nut, which is an ingredient commonly used to strengthen the spleen and dispel dampness, can also strengthen the spleen, relieve diarrhea and nourish the qi. Take good care of the qi in the spleen, your skin will radiate with a healthy glow.
Tips for soup to strengthen spleen and dispel dampness:
Appropriately add in ingredients such as winter melon, coix seed, Chinese yam and rice bean etc.
Papaya soup with dried sea coconut and millet
Effects: Strengthens spleen and dispels dampness. Improves yellowish complexion, relieves abdominal bloating and poor appetite.
Ingredient: 1 ripened papaya, 1 carrot, 4 dried sea coconut, 15g polygonatum root, 1 sachet of Oats Rice Water or 1/3 cup of millet
Preparation:
1. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Peel and core papaya and cut into pieces. Peel carrot and cut into pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients with 2000ml of water in a pot and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 1.5 hour. Add salt to taste.

3. 大家知我唔鍾意人云亦云。列晒李嘉誠投資有幾巴閉點無寶不落,扯,度度都識寫啦,又係回帶講佢買Facebook 買Sportify。或者另一角度,講新經濟股點勁—但,升咗幾多年啦?而家先講呢啲?明明3月就人人問我老母話仲好叫人買股票你害撚死人呀仆街廢柴財演。
4. 咁,不如另類啲兩個角度?首先,李嘉誠冇你想像中咁有錢。第二,李嘉誠都成日投資選手。夠震驚未?且聽我講
5. 講第一點先,Zoom升咗N倍,但亦都不過1000億美金市值,當然都好大,但唔係Facebook Amazon嗰種級數,Right?咁所以,一隻甚至都未係標普500成份股嘅Zoom,就佔咗李嘉誠三份一身家。唔奇怪?即係,李嘉誠都唔係好有錢。當然睇同邊個比。咁梗係同全世界最有錢嗰班人比!
6. Zoom差不多係人類史上,最快由零去到1000億美金市值嘅公司,由成立到1000億市值,唔夠10年。仲快過Facebook,只係落後Google.
7. 李嘉誠早著先機,2013年拎咗8.5%股權,成本可以不計,而家就值110億美金。但,呢度已經係佢三份一身家喎。咦?即係佢成副身家,就大約係330億美金。就係咁咋。全球?頭三十都未到。香港人心目中嘅神,都不過係咁。當然都係好勁,但我未講前,你有冇諗到佢係三十名不入?(*)。不妨問下同事。
8. 換個角度睇,全球首富亞馬遜嘅光頭佬,今年身家增長900億美金,等於啤咗三個李嘉誠出嚟!傻的嗎?仲有Tesla嘅Elon Musk,一樣係咁上下,今年已經啤多三個嘉誠。呢兩條友未到中秋就啤咗半打嘉誠!死未?仲話股災財富洗牌,係呀,佢地咪洗咗你嘅牌。
9. 冇咁痴線嘅,Facebook嘅小朱,一樣多咗一個嘉誠。就連光頭佬個前妻,分完身家,今年都啤多一件李嘉誠!佢身家係兩個嘉誠—而all due respect,只係因為佢當年畀光頭佬上咗!
10. 冇人因為睇李嘉誠傳記發達,除咗博益(都死埋),但我都有睇,所以冇發達。記得我初中,90年代初期,李嘉誠身家應該200億港紙。而家,300億美金。但,30年喎,太古城升咗幾多?佢身家增長,並冇你想像中咁多。
11. 固然佢志不在此,但我用呢個手法話畀你知,科技股如何創造財富,有幾驚人。再講一次,光頭佬同Elon Musk兩條友,一年啤咗半打李嘉誠!陰功,誠哥要賣幾多間鑽石廳幾多包油魚先搵到?

17. 不過再型嘅,都係人造雞蛋。記唔記當年李嘉誠都好高調出嚟親身上陣(李嘉誠冇同雷軍一齊are you ok)?呢檔人造蛋做乜冇晒聲氣?就梗係香咗啦。
18. 但,有乜所謂呢?聰明嘅你知道啦,扯,嗰啲散紙嚟之嘛!佢一隻Zoom就賺返晒N咁多隻出事啦!孫正義都係咁玩法。

20. 早兩日黃國英寫篇文,非常好(https://fbook.cc/3Ewc)。你唔冒險梗係簡單,要十次有六次中,完全唔難(反正股票係升嘅多)。但,講撚咗十鳩幾次啦,你唔使放大人地每腳波每步棋每句嘢咁睇,講到尾,最後成績表就係一切。
21. 我十次輸七次都好,畀人話燈神都好,但可能贏嗰兩三次就夠冚晒啦!你睇Zoom升咗幾多倍?扑十隻一百隻公司死晒又如何?呢隻中咗,夠佢冚晒其他東西啦
22. 切記一個常識:一隻股票只能夠輸100%(好廢,但真的),但可以升100萬倍。長期睇淡嘅基本上必死,唔買亦即係睇淡,亦係慢性自殺(通脹呀小朋友)。呢個係不對稱遊戲,樂觀嘅人先會搵到錢。
23. 但講真,換著你同我,可唔可以咁?好多人都可能買中過啲十倍股廿倍股,但坐唔實,可能升兩倍走咗,或者高位跌兩成即時又話熊市嚇到瀨屎止蝕。
24. 講就人人都知,投資要有耐性。但知易行難,點解?因為,你唔係李嘉誠嘛!亦因為咁,香港人買樓搵大錢嘅大有人在,一來有槓杆,二來唔易沽。但股票嘅,你太易沽出去了,坐唔實的。
25. 呢個就係要講,財不入急門。亦都見到點解富者越富。08年金融海嘯我就輸到仆街,差不多蒸發晒身家。點解?槓杆咯。Paper Trade永遠容易,但真落場係兩回事(所以我欽敬所有真金白銀炒嘅人,特別係大手落場嘅,哪怕係輸錢)。想像下李嘉誠去買人造蛋。呀,條妖走喎數呀?隻咗草呀?輸晒錢呀?仆街濟丫。OK,next agenda.但你或者我呢?下個月仲要供樓喎,分分鐘失業喎。而家斬你仲有一半,唔斬可能乜都冇喎。
26. 有壓力,咪自然容易犯錯。但咩人冇壓力?咪有錢人!亦都所以點解,錢搵錢容易。荷包大,心臟自然大。
27. 仲有,李嘉誠可以咁早買到Zoom(2013年你聽過Zoom未?),首先因為佢有錢,人地會上門搵佢。二來因為佢有大把人幫佢睇嘢。有錢人嘅叻鑊勁,同埋架生,又係唔同。所以係好屈機的。亦都點解講你要投資自己。
28. 多數我嘅讀者都係中產—我定義,你有資產嘅(哪怕係幾皮嘢),唔係拎救濟嘅,但又唔係唔使做嘅,咪中產。咁我話你知,中產就最要小心
29. 窮人,特別係年青人,最初咩資本都冇,反而冇問題。爛命一條。輸咗咪搵過,反正有嘅係時間,爭人錢都有老母還(況且正常唔會爭到好多)。唔年青嘅窮人呢?「其實都冇乜所謂」,本身都係咁嘛。
30. 但中產嘅你就最危險。所以雖然好廢,但都係要講:真係的,咬緊牙關,受屈辱又好,痛苦又好,博佢老母十年八年。然後例如職場上,你變到小頭目,可以參加分餅仔遊戲(https://bityl.co/3K78),咁你條路已經易行好多。

32. 講財富嘅,都係,又係好老土。但,要達到財務自由。有幾多先自由?我點知你有幾大洗?答你唔到。你餐餐去高流灣打邊爐,同你去大家樂打,已經爭好遠。你有小朋友,定係埃汾咁玩人類自願滅絶運動(即係唔生仔),又爭好遠。你留在香港,定係去台東小確幸綠島小夜曲,亦爭好遠。自己計。

34. 對比下,今年3月,個跌勢仲凶險過08啦!我仲要而家結咗婚買咗樓。但點解坐得穩?一來有咗經驗,二來我冇負債,三來,點都係比當年富有咗(如果我撈咗12年財富仲少過當年,都真係唔好睇我個Page)。所以咪唔同。

小孩不長肉要健脾
小朋友沒有胃口吃飯,又或者吃飯但不長肉都教不少父母擔心,中醫理論認為小孩「脾常不足」,因為小孩的脾胃功能並未發育健全,又或飲食不節損傷脾胃功能,以致未能將食物的營養充分轉化和吸收,以致肺脾氣虛,便出現怎樣吃都不長肉的情況,伴隨症狀為面部浮腫、面色偏白、說話沒力氣、沒精打采、多汗、容易感冒、腹部經常脹滿、大便質軟或稀爛。
想改善不長肉的情況,便要從改善脾胃功能著手,在飲食上多加留意,避免進食生冷食物和屬性偏寒涼的食物(更加損傷脾胃),亦不宜進食補品或甜食(身體根本不吸收);飲食宜清淡,適量進食粗糧例如小米、番薯、薯仔等食物;作息有規律,定時吃飯,進食不宜過飽;每日飲用紅米、白米及薏米煲的米水,強化脾胃功能;做適量帶氧運動,養好脾胃更能強身防病。
簡易健脾胃米水
材料:紅米2湯匙、白米半湯匙、生薏米半湯匙
做法:將材料洗淨,鍋內加入約800-1000毫升水,加入材料,以武火煮滾後調文火煮20-30分鐘。
*米水容易變壞,建議每天煲好,一天飲完,不要過夜。
**一歲以上已可飲用,最初可由每天飲一小杯約60毫升開始。
米水可以自己煲,亦可以購買即沖米水沖泡或紙包米水即開即飲。

Strengthen the spleen to promote growth in children
Children with poor appetite or those with slower growth can be worrisome. The theory of Chinese medicine state that children tend to have "spleen and stomach deficiency" because the child's spleen and stomach functions are not fully developed. Poor eating habits can also harm the spleen and stomach. The nutrients of ingredients can not be fully absorbed and converted, leading to lung, spleen and qi deficiency and slower growth. Usual accompanying symptoms include bloated face, pale complexion, vocal weakness, fatigue, excessive sweating, prone to colds/flus, abdominal fullness and bloating and loose stool.
To improve the situation of slower growth, you should start with improving the functions of the spleen and stomach. Pay more attention to the child's diet. Avoid eating cold/raw food and cold and cool natured ingredients (as they cause more damage to the spleen and stomach). It is also inappropriate to eat tonic foods or sweet foods (the body does not absorb it at all). Diet should be light with regular rest and meal times. Do not overeat. Daily rice water that is made with red rice, white rice and coix seeds can strengthen the spleen and stomach. Doing an appropriate amount of aerobic exercise can also strengthen the body to prevent diseases.
Simple healthy rice water
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons red rice, half tablespoon of white rice, half tablespoon of coix seeds
Preparation: Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. Combine all ingredients with 800-1000ml of water and cook on high heat until boiling. Turn to low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
*Rice water should be made fresh daily and should not be stored overnight as it may spoil easily.
**It is suitable for children 1 year old or above. Start by having 60ml of rice water per day.
You can boil rice water yourself or purchase rice water powder to brew or paper pack rice water to drink.
