每次嚟到呢度都好想返屋企
尤其今日天陰陰涼浸浸 🥶
但估唔到 50m 大池比 25m 細池仲暖
水溫 29C !!
朋友問跑水係點樣做
首先就係要買條 aq.belt
唔識游水都唔需要怕
手腳輕輕撥 整個頭都會冒出水面
然後記得做足陸上水中熱身
跑水動作就好似日常跑步一樣
身挺直 手要擺 腳抬起跑
如果想刺激下心肺 當然要跑快d
不過因為水阻關係 都會好快攰
所以可以選擇間竭快跑
中途就小步跑當休息回氣
P.s: 通常受傷用來 Rehab,亦會選擇腳不接觸池底,因為腳痛麻🥺

Almost 3 months post op!!
Doing a couple more exercises along with my aqua jog now.
In this video I'm holding my kicking board under my belly to help keep my spine in a neutral position.
I used to be able to this with my eyes closed but it's a different ball game now after my op. Have totally lost touch with the water and my balancing is totally off! Looks like it's back to square one like how I learned to swim 26 years ago!! 😅😅
