Finally, 400K Subscribers. It's been a long way! We're really sorry we couldn't celebrate by doing recital, concert or fans event due to the coronavirus issues. Still, we prepared this special video for you, hope you like it.
I've played them a lot at live streaming, but I rarely do videos for Studio Ghibli Animations. Not because I don't like it, it's just because there were too many covers already on YouTube. So I think this time it's a good opportunity to make it a medley with a different style of video, adding some words I'd like to say to you, hope you like this video.
As many of you might know, maybe it's the change of time, or change of the algorithm, change of YouTube, musicians on YouTube lives much harder than 4 or 5 years ago. We all have to find another way out to keep living. So in the past few month we've been working on streaming platforms, digital albums, and now is the Patreon. It would be really helpful that fans support us with those platforms IF you're able and willing to.
And just to be clear, I won't quit doing music videos even if it keep going worse, because doing these things including performing, recording and editing is one of my personal interest, that's why I started all this in the first place, and that's something never change.
Once again, thanks for all the supporters around the world. We couldn't have done it without you. I don't know how far we can go, but as long as there's audience waiting for me, the music would never stop. : Store請他們幫忙開機即可，我也提到了我如果回到台灣也可以嗎？他說對，這個服務是全球的，只要拿到Genius Bar告知這個狀況即可。
: 就在昨晚我的電腦又關機了，今天一早在101開門的第一刻進到Apple Store，因為所有預約時間都滿了，我只好一早殺去，告知了店員這樣的狀況，店員面有難色地告訴我要去詢問工程師，這時候我心都涼了一半，接著再次出來，告訴我工程師說他們不提供這樣的服務，但我告訴店員，我在加拿大維修的時候，店員告訴我的解決方法是如此，所以同樣在Apple Store在國外可以在台灣不行？店員只冷冷地說了一句：「對。」我只好說：「我知道了，謝謝。」
: 當下也打了電話回門市告知這個狀況，說會協助查詢這個狀況，但連電腦都沒拿起來看我看也是不會有紀錄的，真是令人感到失望。

欸豆 也來分享一下上週五現場預約的心得
讓一些急著想修電腦的人有些參考

上週二電腦在我起身拔下USB-C後就突然死機(MBPR 13" TB 2016LATE)
充電沒反應，輸出沒反應，怎麼試也開不了機的那種，
我自己猜是主機板掛了，買到機王
因還在保固內，第一直覺就是打線上客服
但是得到的回答也是他們不知道怎麼解決，建議去直營或授權維修門市檢修
原本還傻傻地想說也沒去過101直營門市，那趁這個機會預約維修去逛看看
但是人真的是無敵霹靂爆炸多.....連刷一個下午，八天內完全沒有預約時段....
因電腦內有些重要資料，真的等不了這麼久
情急之下小弟只好先衝一趟Studio A站前店
簡單地填檢修表單後就說他們會送給工程師做檢修
但我其實最擔心的是我的資料他們會怎麼處理
得到的答案都是如下
“這一版Macbook的SSD是焊在主機板上，所以我們維修後資料沒辦法保存喔”
聽到這段的時候真的是心都涼一半
我又進階問了那我可不可以把廢品拿回來
我想自己修或拿去資料救援
但得到的答案都是廢品會被統一回收，資料無法幫忙保存
在沒有辦法的情況之下，我當下就先把我的MBP取回說會再考慮看看
然後心想著只能衝101直營店了
第一次去的時候是上週四的下午四點半
店員給的回答是：不行
主要原因是想要維修筆電的人數較多，
所以一定要線上預約，
我進一步詢問搞不好會有人臨時沒來，或有人處理得比較快，
我可以在現場等那些空擋嗎
店員答案還是：不行，因為不確定那什麼時候會發生，他們也覺得很抱歉，
現在都還是得線上預約
自己是認為說，不論怎麼樣，這種門店在規劃上應該都還是會有現場預約的機制拉
但當下也不想變成奧客為難店員，所以就先回家了
想說也可能是當下人太多，或者已經當天排成真的排滿了
那我最起碼可以明天一大早人最少的時候再來試看看吧？
週五上午10點半就到現場等候，其實也沒什麼人
11點準時進入，
跟第一個店員表達我的問題，
然後就被帶到Geunis Bar的小台前看當天排約狀況
看起像是負責排成的預約人員回答：
”很抱歉，當天預約已經滿了，但是可以試著幫我安排看看現場預約“
”你會收到一個簡訊確認現場預約成功，然後第二封簡訊通知你到現場，
在第三封簡訊出現時人還沒出現的話就要重新排約喔“
“今天週五人比較多，預計需要三-四小時，再麻煩你耐心等候，
有可能提前也可能延後要看現場狀況”
想說三四個小時
就在101隨便晃晃，還好沒跑太遠
中午剛好買完飯找作座位時簡訊就來了
當下直好狂吞猛炸在五分鐘內把食物嗑完衝上去
最後雖然第三封簡訊出現時我還是沒趕到，但因為只差了一分鐘
所以工作人員還是讓我就直接排約接受服務
Genius告知的判斷結果是”他們也很少遇過這樣的狀況，預測是主機板出問題，
因無外傷，應屬保固範圍內，但詳細會送回新加坡做測試及維護再行通知“
SSD資料的回答則如下“如在保固範圍內，且SSD沒有受損的話，
我們會有一個機器能協助將焊在主機板上的資料備份，這部分不用擔心”
“一般來說SSD幾乎是不會壞的，資料應該都可以找回，我也會幫你備註，請你放心”
到這一刻心中的時候才放下
雖然也還沒正式拿回筆電
但希望後續一切順利，也希望這次的經驗能幫到大家
結論：
一、101Apple Store可不可以現場預約？
Ans、可以，但是可能需要一大早就去且吃店員，
我前一天下午四點到就被回答不接受現場預約，
但我隔天11點第一個踏進店內，店員就有協助安排，會留電話然後傳通知簡訊，
重點是現場可以修Macbook的人可能真的不多，真的都是一個結束接一個，
所以很急的夥伴若想衝現場預約，我會說還是有點碰運氣的。
二、現場預約的機制是什麼？
Ans、預約成功有一封簡訊，真的有空擋可以輪到你了又會有一封，所以不能走太遠，
要保持最多再一樓附近晃晃的那種距離，
當天原先被告知要等候三、四小時，所以就在101附近晃晃，
中午飯吃到一半突然收到簡訊才趕快吞一吞衝回去，不小心還過時了一分鐘，
還好店員最後還是有幫我重新排程。

三、主機板焊死的SSD資料到底救不救得回？
Ans、官方回復可以，小弟的狀況是電腦連開機都開不了，
授權門市的回覆都是告知資料無法挽救，因為SSD是焊在主板上，所以兩者會一併更換
但101門市的Genius告知他們是有機器能處理這種狀況的。
