It’s Mamajee’s @adamdidam (Ali’s uncle) idea of combining nursery rhymes with exercise, and it works! Yoga also builds children’s confidence, making them feel ready to take on the world! Increased concentration can also be gained through yoga, as it is needed a lot during the exercises.
