我係加拿大讀書嘅時候，其實比較多機會接觸美國Bourbon威士忌，返到黎香港少飲咗。好高興同美國Bourbon 威士忌大阿哥之一Wild Turkey嘅Master distiller Eddie Russell會面，並一齊試咗5款威士忌，由於主要釀造榖物係粟米，嗰份奶油同爆谷甜香勾起我流學嘅日子！🥃cheers!
When i studied in Canada, I had more chances to try Bourbon whiskies there and there’s less time to try in HK. I’m delighted to meet with Eddie Russell, the master distiller of Wild Turkey sharing about whiskey production and tried 5 whiskies together. Since it’s mainly made of corn, the creamy and popcorn notes reminded me of my study in Canada! Flash back! 🥃cheers!
